Week 1
Good morning, New Rapture. A new day is dawning.
There may not be much light to differentiate the days here, but the lights of the part of the city you're in change enough by the clock that you can almost believe there's a sun somewhere. It looks like Mayor Fontaine has no intention of going back on his deal, and for the time being? You're all stuck here. But there's plenty to do, and... maybe not plenty to see, but there's enough. There's something, at any rate.
Especially if you're willing to look beyond the surface.
And if you spend enough time around others, you might find something neat!
No matter what, it's time to start getting to know your fellow captives. You might be here a while.

MONDAY | TUESDAY | WEDNESDAY | THURSDAY
FRIDAY | SATURDAY

Everyone was underground?
[i mean nohr is largely underground apparently
along with literally the entirety of castle krakenburg in a fucking pit in the middle of windmire but
...look since leaving the deeprealms forrest has learned one thing and that's that nohr is Fucking Weird]

All of humanity, yes. Beastmen - people with animal-like features - were created by the Spiral King and served him until his death; since then, we've managed to live and work together. Humans were kept underground by the Spiral King's orders.

[That whole thing sounds like a mess?]
We're working to make things better where I came from as well, though it isn't on quite as large a scale. Still, it's important to us.

[Pocket dimension!]
I know those I grew up with, mostly servants and volunteers from Nohr... And I know some members of my family. But I hadn't even met all of them until recently.

I see. I imagine it must have been quite difficult.
[Or... maybe that's just his own perception because he already has some issues with regards to family, buuuut that's not the point.]
What was it like growing up in this deeprealm?

Well... It was lonely a good amount of the time. I wasn't able to see my parents very often, often for years at a time. But I picked up a few projects here and there - I learned how to sew, and how to create my own clothing... I learned how to heal people, and how to help them the best I could. And once in a while I would sneak out to get new fabrics or supplies.
It wasn't ideal, but it wasn't the worst thing, either. And it was for my own good. So it isn't as though I have terrible memories of it or anything.

[It sounds dreadful. But if Forrest says it wasn't all bad, then he believes it.]
They're certainly very useful talents to have picked up. Is what you're wearing one of your designs?
[Rossiu doesn't know the first thing about fashion (I mean look at him, of course he doesn't) but this seems like a good topic.]
no subject
...This topic is very obviously, like, actually fine, though, from the warmth in his expression.]
It is! I design all of my own clothes. I've always enjoyed women's fashion in particular; there are a lot of options there, and I find that it's the best way to express myself in the way that I want to.

[Being adorable!! Look at Forrest, he is very cute.]
It is a bit of a shame that our clothing options here are so limited. I am curious to see your other designs.
