Sure, he did not have a set date of demise here, and he had others to talk to, but today alone was proof that innocent children are dying here, and they had no hope of even attempting to stop their captor. The Count may be a monster as well, but at least he had a body that Jonathan could theoretically kill. With Fontaine? There was nothing they could do.]

It's dreadful. In both nightmares, it felt as though any attempt I made to fight were immediately snuffed out, as if they were eagerly waiting for me to regain a spark of hope. And I don't know how much longer the sparks can keep appearing before I just... give up.
