[Well. That was certainly something.

Emotions are clearly high, so for once, Data steps out of his helper role and takes on the brunt of organizing the after-trial gathering. He's seen enough of them by now to know what's what. He's also seen more than enough in this particular trial to decide that the bar, while possibly being the most logical location, may be distressing to some! So instead, we're gonna do something different. Data will deliver invitations, that sort of look like a computer printed them, to each of the rooms:]

There are no decorations, but there are some snack selections from the buffet and the cafe, depending on what you want, and a tray or two of mixed drinks courtesy of Jimmy Buffett. W-Well, I guess it is true she managed to show the Captain's face and all. I dunno if that helps too much, but we really have progressed. We started knowing almost nothing, and now one month later we know both how Davy Jones is trapped working for him and we know how the Captain looks like. That's got to count for something!

...Magica would be the best bet, but she's not gonna cooperate that easily. I dunno how to convince her other than saying that if she does she can take the Captain's blood for a revenge mural.

I do think we could appeal to her with something similar, but that could backfire spectacularly as well... It may be best to see if we have anyone who would want to volunteer!

That's true, she's not a reliable person. I guess I could try asking around and see if anyone would be willing if we find a decent ventilation duct, and--well, that's not for today. Or tomorrow, probably.

[Giving him a tired smile he prepares to leave, but barely steps away before he turns again]

Uuuuh...I'm not sure if asking you would be the best idea, but about Plumeria, is it okay if I ask you a favor about her? I-It's not an obligation, it's if you feel like it.

[Good job, Filbo. You absolutely take that well-deserved break! We can handle all of this at the meeting. He smiles at the thanks and nods; it isn't any trouble for him, anyway.

That gets him to pause and he tips his head.]

Could you make sure she'll be fine? I mean...you're so frank and direct and talking to you makes me feel better when I feel like I wanna dig a hole somewhere and just lie in it. And I saw Plumeria earlier and she's feeling so bad. She really needs someone who can tell her what's what without trying to soften things like I would.

I-I know that may be a bit too much to ask, and maybe you and Plumeria don't even get along and I'm asking this to the wrong person, but you...you really have skills I don't. And I think it's those that are needed instead of mine.

I'm pleased I've been able to help you, truly. I intend to seek Plumeria out and speak with her; I am worried about her. Today was rough on all of us, and her in particular.

[She was close to Sylvando. He saw her reaction when they found him. That's to say nothing of what she did - and nearly did - to Freyja.]

I don't know how well I can get through to her, but you have my word I'll speak with her and see what I can do to help.

[And because he does feel bad a few people around here have managed to get him to speak about how he feels, hah. He had been trying so hard to keep things bottled because he thought that was for the best for everyone in the ship while they were on murdercruise, but after this many people managed to get him to talk he's really starting to change his mind. May as well help those people back whenever he can.
