Good morning, New Rapture. A new day is dawning.

There may not be much light to differentiate the days here, but the lights of the part of the city you're in change enough by the clock that you can almost believe there's a sun somewhere. It looks like Mayor Fontaine has no intention of going back on his deal, and for the time being? You're all stuck here. But there's plenty to do, and... maybe not plenty to see, but there's enough. There's something, at any rate.

Especially if you're willing to look beyond the surface.

And if you spend enough time around others, you might find something neat!

No matter what, it's time to start getting to know your fellow captives. You might be here a while.

[Wow he had to brace for impact with that yell. Okay, something has to be said for enthusiasm and passion, at least.]

Er — okay. My experience with that ranges from limited to non-existent, so…whichever’s the correct answer?

Well, if there's one thing I do know, is that even if you robo-guys don't have the parts to pull off a hot n' heavy hole in one, [jeff, please help, i will live the rest of my days haunted by the fact that i've had to type that phrase] you can fall in love, right?

[Which, by one second, Misfire means ‘forever’. Because he doesn’t want to deal with it.]

Yes. Yes there is. [Misfire’s tone becomes very grave, and for once in his lifetime - he actually looks serious.] And I’m only going to tell you because we’ve already crossed the bridge into the ‘shamefully revealing’.

[He takes a deep breath. Presses both hands together. Here it comes:]

I can respect that!

[I despise that this is what Dandy respects Misfire for...]
