Week 1
Good morning, New Rapture. A new day is dawning.
There may not be much light to differentiate the days here, but the lights of the part of the city you're in change enough by the clock that you can almost believe there's a sun somewhere. It looks like Mayor Fontaine has no intention of going back on his deal, and for the time being? You're all stuck here. But there's plenty to do, and... maybe not plenty to see, but there's enough. There's something, at any rate.
Especially if you're willing to look beyond the surface.
And if you spend enough time around others, you might find something neat!
No matter what, it's time to start getting to know your fellow captives. You might be here a while.

She can, indeed, hear where it's coming from. So, to the far end of the room she goes.
This is all fine, certainly.]

[Much to his own chagrin, he reaches out to jostle Mafuyu's shoulder.]
Kid, you're actin' nuts! Are you always this creepy?
[Sweat pools around his brow. He's not excited to being facing the music, so to speak, not with that change from the peaceful melody to an ominous one, but... This is what he gets for being impatient.]
Snap out of it!

The two of them are standing in a decent-sized empty room, illuminated by dozens of screens arranged across two of the walls. The third large wall (without a door in it) is a long, floor-to-ceiling mirror.
And over the music... ]

[She stops. Also idly realizing someone's touching her.]
Ah-- S-Sorry!
[Is that to Dandy? Or is she addressing the, uh, interruption? Honestly. Both.
She's not moving right now, but she is going to be looking over to those screens? What do we got here?]
The elevator just stopped, so...

[He withdraws his arm quickly. At least she's talking.
He yells while darting his eyes between all of the screens as well, what're they showing?]
Oh yeah! Real smooth.
[Dandy assumes the voice belongs to the Mayor, regardless of the voice.]
no subject
[ It is in fact the Mayor's voice! As for the screens, right now it's bright static. ]

[Dandy whispers to himself.]
Does that mean that you're actually on land, somewhere?

Give the elevator a second to power cycle, I'll unlock this floor.

What exactly was that second song? I don't think I've heard it before.

[She goes a bit quiet, again, as she considers that. It had been quite the piece. Part of her wonders just how insufferable someone must be for Fontaine to be throwing stones. Another part of her is trying to remember the notes, as well as she can after hearing the piece only once.
That's just the musician in her.
The last remains, huh?
...]

[She nods a bit, more to herself than anything.]
Sorry for the trouble, Fontaine-san. I guess we got a little ahead of ourselves.
