[During Tuesday, Aiba had tried to be subtle. An advantage of being what she is is that she doesn't have any biological needs that may keep her away from the meeting room. If there were any electrical outlets there, she could get her battery charged every once in a while.
What she did was to attempt to get in contact with him. Date's brain has a receptor for her transmissions, and she attempted to do that, for many many many hours. Even when she was hiding while somebody else was in the room, she continued. Never once tried to talk to anybody else who was here.
By Wednesday, once it was clear there was going to be no way to get in touch with Date, Aiba changed plans: try to break him out. And to do that, she also would have to forgo her secrecy. Reaching Date ranked far higher in her list of priorities now, for so many reasons. Hiding away her real form...it didn't seem so important anymore. More than anything she wanted to reach him.
Even though she still is sure Date being in this underwater city is a mostly positive development, given he's reasonably competent and this would dramatically heighten the possibility of working with him to solve this situation, she also has many reasons to want him out of that room right away...or at least, have him within reach.
Meeting Room
When you enter the meeting room you'll find it in some havoc. There are objects strewn here. Are there usually objects strewn here? Probably not -- Aiba brought them herself, and began throwing them at the glass. Nobody on the other side of the glass has reacted at all to what she's doing.
Anyone coming will find a chair being lifted by one of its legs, by a weird thing standing on the floor. Even though the chair is many times larger than her, she still holds it aloft with no issues. The thing looks at whoever entered and then throws the chair at the glass, the chair bouncing and falling to the floor.
