Week 4
Good morning, New Rapture. A new day is dawning.
Sunday arrives ahead of schedule again, bringing with it the creeping dread that this is just how this is going to go. Welcome to the murdergame cycle.
At least there's another section of the city available to you! This one even has some things to do without you having to make your own fun. Which also means there's more to find about this place.
There's still over 20 of you alive... maybe that's something to celebrate? It could be worse! But... at least one of you is an attempted killer, apparently. Either way, better keep talking if you want regains!

SUNDAY | MONDAY | TUESDAY | WEDNESDAY | THURSDAY
[ ooc: Welcome to the fourth week of Unknown Seas Round 3! Please make sure to mark any investigation toplevels accordingly, post your ac, and you can reach either Mayor Fontaine or Eleanor for conversations! ]

[Oh well. It's a risk she's willing to take]
Besides, it may answer what happens during Saturdays, if I at any point make a backup on that day. Saturday...I just don't remember anything at all. It could help figure out if there's any tampering to the memories, or give some clues.
[Alas, it won't give results on that regard, haha]

[So we have to be losing our memories during those days, right? We lost our memories about how we got here, so that makes the most sense to him. Despite. Y'know. Being completely nonsensical.]
I hope you're able to get this working, then. Though the tools available right now do leave something to be desired, you seem to have found some ways around that problem.

[Hah, she for one is pretty glad she's able to do some stuff!]
Rossiu, since you're here allow me to ask something: are you holding up well? It has been two rough weeks -- not that the first one was any better, given the situation.
no subject
It has been. I think I am doing better than some of the others, though that is mostly due to the fact that I didn't know the two who died last week very well.
[Not to say he's entirely unaffected by their deaths, just that it doesn't sting as badly as it could.]
I am doing better than I was the second week here. Seeing Simon here was... difficult. But he should be back home safely, so I can focus on our efforts here.
[...That really didn't answer anything, did it.]
What about you, Aiba? Are you holding up alright?
no subject
[Which, hey, she doesn't think that's a bad idea! But she doubts it will do much good in the long run. Perhaps she doesn't put enough stock on it, but she's pretty sure moral principles and rationality are likelier to help more -- at least in her case, yup.
Upon hearing that question, the hamster stops connecting chips into the radio, staring at it, pensive. The human one, though, looks at Rossiu with her eyebrows raised]
I'm fine. Just doing what I figure others would do: pour all I have into what I can do. Thinking too hard about what has happened will only bring my mood down.
[In other words: she has been more affected about the last two weeks than she thought she would be. Aiba has enjoyed socializing with people, and she considered three of the four deceased so far her friends. Still, it seems she's holding up well]

Yes, that's understandable. It is very important to keep trying to move forward in whatever way we can.
[Whether that's emotionally, physically, or investigating everything and hoping we can put some of these clues together.]
If there's ever anything I can do for you, feel free to ask.

[Aiba's voice changes to Forrest's:]
It's probably odd to say in a context like this, but I'm glad you've been making friends here. I think it's...important for us to do that, even if it makes it harder.
[Pretty flawless imitation, yeah]
...so I will keep your offer in mind if anything happens. Thank you.
no subject
Yes, I agree with that. I'm glad that I could offer it, then.
