Good morning, New Rapture. A new day is dawning.

Sunday arrives ahead of schedule again, bringing with it the creeping dread that this is just how this is going to go. Welcome to the murdergame cycle.

At least there's another section of the city available to you! This one even has some things to do without you having to make your own fun. Which also means there's more to find about this place.

There's still over 20 of you alive... maybe that's something to celebrate? It could be worse! But... at least one of you is an attempted killer, apparently. Either way, better keep talking if you want regains!

I had enough exercise for a lifetime. I have walked around for three weeks already.

[Aiba climbs on top of one of the cars and, without even having to find the controller, manages to get it moving by sending her own commands, testing the car by slowly moving it forward, then backwards]

I can't unleash the Drift King with this, but it will do.

[Aiba, so much about this is confusing. That said, however, now he's curious: ]

What would it take to unleash the Drift King?

Speed, Forrest. Without speed, it's not going to work. These vehicles are not designed for high speeds.

Or perhaps it will work despite that. Since you have two cars, it's not a problem if one breaks.

So where you're from, I assume there are versions of these that are much faster. I...see.

[He doesn't see. What are cars.]

Faster and much larger. These are miniature versions, meant to be toys. In the larger versions, you open the doors and enter the vehicle, using the wheel and pedals within to drive.

[Just like Joy's multiverse adventures cause headaches to Aiba, modern times perhaps cause headaches to those from older times]

Since this one is a toy I can use it.

[As if to demonstrate, she drives some meters away, revs the wheels...]

Witness my superior driving skill!

[There she goes! Aiba goes on a straight line, and against all logic and common sense tries to drift. All it achieves is to make the car flip over to a side, Aiba and the car rolling in different directions. Good thing she's pretty much a round hamster thing, rolling is no big deal]

[He rushes over, fretting the whole way, because goodness lord what just even happened- ]

Are you all right? Do you need anything?

...You do that in machines with people in them?

[Forrest, is now really the time- ]

I'm fine! That was a good roll. Not what I wanted to do, but fun nonetheless!

[Let her juuuust sit up, and projects her human form just to convey how she's feeling right now. Emoting is easier when you have a face, hah]

I don't, but some people do like to do that while they're alone inside cars!
