He’s wearing the dress Forrest made him too, and using the pocket space to carry even more stuff on him.

When enough people have gathered, he’ll address them:]

Alright, here’s the deal: it’s come to my attention that some of you have missed out some crucial formative experiences, or otherwise haven’t known the joys of anti-social behavior. And, since writing stuff on walls has been a historical expression of dissent, I think there’s no better time or place to fix that.

[Whilst he's been wandering around and seeing how everyone's getting on, doing the kind of thing anyone 'organising' something probably should (though, for chaotic criminal activity that seems kind of contradictory to the point), Misfire's also doing his own thing! He sticks mainly to purple paints, writing such slogans as MISFIRE WOZ HERE, FUCK F*NTAINE, YOU ARE BEING DECIEVED, NEW RAPTURE? MORE LIKE NEW CRAPTURE!, and a couple of lopsided decepticon emblems for good measure.

When he gets sick of slogans, he switches to the paint-filled gun, and just starts splashing color everywhere. Can't miss if you canvas is as big as a wall.

For the whole of the day, and well into the evening, night and the approaching morning, Misfire stays out - eventually just sitting against one of the walls and waiting to see what happens next.]
