We've got rooibos + lavender + hibiscus + mint for the first three ladies, and oolong + ginger root + cinnamon for the last two.
The logic here is that rooibos tends to be soothing, as does lavender and mint; lavender + hibiscus should add a floral note to the whole thing, and rooibos + hibiscus + mint sounds like a fairly adventurous combination to me.
Meanwhile, oolong for the caffeine, ginger root + cinnamon for the last lady's throat problems.
