[ That's as good as a note as you're getting as Floyd runs around like a madman today, seemingly determined to have a good time before their abrupt end to this little... experiment? comes to an end, either with them at the top, or being potentially trapped in this watery grave at the whims of the Mayor. And wouldn't it be kind of ironic for the eel of all people to drown here? Wild. But enough about that!

Floyd is hauling snacks to the bowling alley, even though nachos are supplied, but why not! He makes some really good food when properly motivated, it seems. There's shrimp scampi, crab cakes, some nice looking desserts here and there, and also nachos because they looked pretty good. There's also arts and crafts here if you want to chill for a bit instead of bowl!

Honestly, the party was still a pretty good cover too, all things considered. As fun as he wanted this to be, they definitely had things to talk about. When enough people show up, Floyd smiles. ]

Yay, you made it~! Now let's bowl and talk about how we're gonna kick Water Fountain lady's butt! At this point it doesn't really seem like we need to hide like normal meetings. She's probably preparing for whatever happens tomorrow, so you know.

[ He shrugs. ]

Anyways- we've all been too sad and serious lately. It's party time~!

[Forrest was one of the people who was likely literally picked up and dragged here; he's got the biggest damn plate of nachos and that's going to have to be his contribution for the day.

But he's here, and he's trying to make himself as small as possible in this seating arrangement, and he's doing a pretty good job of that latter part.]

[Brett, perhaps surprisingly, actually shows up on his own. He does still end up spending a lot of time sitting at the arts and crafts table - for once not writing in his journal, but...drawing? After a few minutes, he frowns down at his work.]

[It's sort of recognizable as Adaman, but only due to the general shape of the hair. He's a writer, not an artist! Let's just.......not do this anymore.

As one of the people here who actually knows how to bowl, he eventually does make his way over to the lanes! He'll just start setting up a game on the machine...bumpers on, maybe, he's not that good at bowling and also who cares.]

Does anyone want to actually bowl?

You can't say actually bowlin' with the bumpers on -- [im so sorry brett, she has slim pickings on people to torment, and the dude that actually enjoyed her yammering is dead.]

[When Zinda comes through the doors, she's staggering-- it doesn't look right at all. The woman has an alcohol tolerance better than half the Justice League, so it can't be that she's drunk-- it's almost like she's injured.

But upon a second look? She's not. Instead, her jacket's stuffed with something, and her arms full of bags-- which she drops onto a table in the bowling alley like she's santa claus, dropping an entire bundle of toys on christmas. Except, instead of toys? It's a nearly endless amount of candy, chips, beer, and soft drinks from the Circle K. And she's just got more bundled in her jacket.]

Hawkah! I come bearin' snacks, booze, an' sugar!

[later on, though, she can be found tucked off to the edge of the bowling alley-- where she sits, and unfolds her wallet, pulling something worn out to gaze at. She's trying to keep herself amped up, the way you should be the night before a big fight-- but there's a rare feeling of loneliness that's starting to ebb at her. It happens every now and then-- the feeling of being lost. Of knowing you're somewhere that you don't belong.

The feeling of wanting to go home to somewhere that you can't go back to.]

[...alright well this is as good a meeting as any. admittedly on some level he does feel a little... off but things ARE coming to a head. and he's got a lot of agitated energy from it. so he'll just kind of... get some nachos and sit at a table to do meeting stuff first...]

I believe I have discussed it to a certain extent with a few of you, but have we explored every area we presently are able to access?

[ Floyd is here, of course! He's absolutely at the bowling lanes, trying his hand at it! And he's... actually pretty good! He's got three strikes in a row, and it looks like he's trying for a fourth!

After, he's sat down eating and doodling a bit at the arts and crafts table!

And of course, you can't have a party without music! At this point he's dancing along to the beat! Come join him! Or you know, if you make direct eye contact with him, he might drag you along to dance anyways! ]

I checked the offices my key opened. It, uh... [He shrugs.] I mean, I found Val's office, but I don't know if there was really anything useful. Took some of the pictures...

[People can see them, he guesses. Not the one he already gave away, but the others!]

Oh yeah- I found a buncha stuff about some of the Founder guys trying to make like. Robot dragons and kaijus. It's pretty cool but it all got denied.

[ Frank Fontaine, you coward. Floyd pulls out the blueprints and notes he found about them and puts them on the table. ]

Also I think the original Water Fountain guy tried to make Fontaineworld instead of just Fontaineland- they wanted to get bigger with the operation somehow.

Well, that's part of the fun, isn't it? Figurin' out what works and what doesn't! Can't be creative without taking risks.

Sometimes the best flavor combos are ones you wouldn't expect! Or it's absolutely gross, but either way it's a neat surprise~.

For my part, I found the rooms of the person in charge of the Gold Saucer, the person in charge the teahouse and, apparently, the menu in the restaurant, and the woman in the theatrical posters. The first of them seems to have been a surprisingly decent individual, and the man behind the restaurant seems to have invested in interdimensional food imports.

...

The last one does not seem to have been particularly good at acting, which is unfortunate given that she was above criticism.
