[ ... Well, that was an absolute shitshow, wasn't it? Instead of dwelling on how she feels about everything that just happened, Mira's channeling that energy into something else--and she has a little bit of help doing it. Zerinda and Ema are here in the bar to make drinks, and Mira's brought in a ton of food that's definitely not healthy for anyone, but screw it, who cares about health right now?

Della's here to pass out invitations, too--they let everyone know there's a gathering in the bar, if they'd rather not be alone.

If you choose not to come, well... Mira's got that taken care of, too. She'll place a little container of cookies and hot cocoa outside your door. Maybe it'll help someone feel a little less alone--at least, that's what she's hoping. ]

That is true! I can't think of a single kid who's never had at least one, growing up. Usually they're just brown, though, so it might be a little more complicated to make a black-and-white one...

Still, though, I did lose, fair and square. And I'm not the kind of person who likes to go back on her word. Promises are pretty important...

Well, I promised that I'd give her any stuffed animal that she wants. I got a couple from that machine just sort of laying around in my room, so I could always just give her one that she likes from what I've got? But she also told me that when she was younger, she really wanted a panda, but never got it...

So I think that'd make it a little more special, if I can do that for her. I'm sure it'd be a nice surprise. Don't you think?

It's for Mira. She's been so helpful with my investigations and all, and she does a lot for everyone here, setting things like this up, so...I dunno. I think she deserves something nice, just to show my appreciation. It can be a little tough to find reasons to smile around here sometimes, but I think that'd do the trick.
