It's Friday again, never a sign of great things in this place. There's a foreboding sense of... something in the air, though you have no idea what it could realistically be. There's nothing immediately off as you leave your rooms, but... it's of note that you do still have your powers. So maybe nothing bad happened after all! Look how small your number is, have you finally gone a week without killing just through the elimination of sheer volume alone? It's easy to hope so! And easy to think so, given the whole of Area A is clear.

So why won't that sinking feeling go away?

[ Most of them look like they were bashed open, but...

One of them definitely seems to have been shot open. ]

[ Hey, so since this is the kind of thing Rin is familiar with: roughly what kind of gun appears to have left these bullet holes behind? And what kind of spread do the shots have? ]

[ Oho! You're definitely looking at some kind of auto or semi-auto gun of a decent but not particularly excessive caliber - despite how long he's worked the murdergame circuit your dear mod is not really an expert on the specifics of guns beyond that, but Rin can definitely pick up that much pretty easily. ]

[ That's probably as much as she's getting without forensic analysis, anyway, since she's mostly looking for the caliber of the bullets, consistency of size, and the spread they were fired in! Just as another quick note, does it look like whoever was shooting was shooting in short, controlled bursts, or just wildly spraying bullets into the tank?

And, speaking of bullets: are there any she can receive from the tank, or anything else of note she might spot inside while checking? ]

[ She might be able to get a bullet from the tank, sure! And the spray looks a little wild - same as the claw and scorch mark damage on the walls, it doesn't look like discretion was really the word of the day here. ]

[ Oh... Cool. Let's take a better look at those, then.

Does it look like all the damage in this room is moving in one direction? That is, are the claw and scorch marks on the same side of the room as the busted tanks? ]

[ They're kinda sorta everywhere - thankfully for everyone, the jellyfish tanks don't seem to have been too badly damaged, but there's just a lot going on.

Like, you know, more of that weird almost-acid damage Therion and Kirei have both found now. ]

[ That is weird, and not nearly as familiar as bullet holes! Rin hates it.

Is there anything that stands out among this chaos? ]

[ Well, looking at the ground Rin can find the final piece of evidence in here! Someone went and tracked in some dirt - no footprints are visible, but that definitely shouldn't be in here! ]
