Friday, the day The Captain set for your murder deadline, arrives without much fanfare. There are no trumpets, you aren't woken up by any kind of monologue or announcement... dawn simply arrives. Wonder what that means. Maybe yet another of The Captain's plans has fallen through.

The hallway outside of your rooms seems free and clear of anything suspicious, but... something tells you it might be a good idea to check farther afield. Happy investigating, passengers!

[ So I perhaps had to fib a bit when I said the poor Jimmy Buffet was still in decent shape for people to enjoy a good breakfast. There's kind of a big mess over by the fruit and juice bar. ]

[Yeesh, what kind of a mess are we talking here? Spilled juice? Broken glass? Orange peels stuck in roombas? Flayn's going to cautiously make her way closer to get a better look.]

[ This area is absolutely trashed. Tables flipped, bottles tossed around... ]

[Then we're moving very slowly so as not to step on anything broken. She's got shoes on, but like. We should be cautious.

How's the fruit look, by the way?]

[ The fruit has, like the rest here, been thrown into chaos. But there are definitely some bananas, if you're curious for later!

There is also, notably, one area where the broken glass seems to have already been stepped on. Not quite cleanly enough that she could make out a foot size, but it clearly was a foot and it clearly didn't bleed. ]

Squinting at that a little bit once she shuffles close enough - do note that she is shuffling to avoid getting glass in her own shoes, because this person clearly was not as careful.

Is there any way to tell what container the broken glass might be from, or is it too chaotic to pick out?]

[ Probably just a broken juice container, or maybe one of the bottles of Malort people have been leaving in here. There are a few broken bottles and the like here, no particular pattern. ]
