So far, good news! You've managed to avoid killing! A week has passed in the facility, but how many more are there to go until one of you tries out Rule Seven? I mean.... we know, but.

No new areas just yet, it remains you guys and yours here for now. Well, and Angel, but again - you don't exactly see her unless you want to. It's more than a little lonely... maybe someone ought to shake things up.

My real shield is made of light. I've never had a physical one before.

Lucky you, then! Trying to figure out where to put physical ones when you're done can be such a hassle.

[ Things made of light materializing at will? He knows quite a lot about it. RPG equipment that just disappears and randomly appears at will? No one knows at all. ]

Well, hopefully that means that if weapons come out of this thing, they're not made out of better material than this. And even if not, it's better than nothing, right?

[ He rubs a gloved finger over the tip as well, grimacing slightly. ]

Lucky that this is in your no doubt capable hands, then. I'd hate for someone else who has no idea how to use it to get a hold of this; wouldn't want someone to hurt themselves.

Must be some kind of magitechnology that gets everything to fit. I've seen a lot bigger go into a lot smaller compartments.

I've only seen things like that with Gem technology, and some Gems. But this isn't anything of ours.

So that means that all gems are considered actual lifeforms where you're from, then? Or am I reading it wrong?

Only the ones like me. Humans pull inert ones out of the ground all the time - those aren't alive.
