So far, good news! You've managed to avoid killing! A week has passed in the facility, but how many more are there to go until one of you tries out Rule Seven? I mean.... we know, but.

No new areas just yet, it remains you guys and yours here for now. Well, and Angel, but again - you don't exactly see her unless you want to. It's more than a little lonely... maybe someone ought to shake things up.

Uh, yeah! I... I've seen it before, it's just...been a little while.

[ The thought of being a mother losing her kids hadn't. really been in her mind, back then. ]

I have never seen these sort of things... [She has to ask.] Are stories of... people being raised by other sorts a common theme?

They're a popular story. The kind of...fish out of water thing. Making your own little family.

I think I can see the appeal...

...It's heartwarming, overall. It's a nice story, has a nice ending.

I hope so. The poor boy needs a good ending.

He gets one. Him and his little family, and there's a girl- I-I don't wanna spoil anything, but...you know, if it's...hitting a little close.

[There's a pause. Maybe-- she shakes her head.]

It is just a story but I am glad for that. I merely have been thinking about some things as of late.

I don't think any of us could or should berate you for being in your own head right now.

I suppose we all are, currently.

...It's a low-blow. But we're gonna get through this. And that Professor's gonna be sorry he ever messed with us.

[ There's...a bit of quiet, and you know, they've been talking a bit through Phil Collins' verse of You'll Be In My Heart. Della hears it, and it reminds her-- ]

You know... I wrote a lullaby like this for my boys, before they were born. I wonder if I was...subconsciously remembering this movie.

[She stops to listen. It's somewhat similar to the ones she knows, then Rhea nods.]

Perhaps. My own mother wrote a few of her own lullabies.

I suppose it's just a mother's instinct, to sing for her children.

Yes, I believe that is the case.
