WEEK 3
You wake up on Sunday. This is unusual in large part because, whether or not you did go to sleep, when last you checked? It was Friday. Saturday is missing.
And that's not all, either. Should you check your devices, there's a calendar next to the clock. The date?
December 31st.
The dead are still gone. Your material gains are still here. Every object you've moved on the ship has returned to the position it was in when you first awoke.
Once you've recovered from the shock of that, though, not all is the same as it was when you first awoke! The lock on the door leading down to the next level of the ship has been removed, allowing you free access to a whole new assortment of on-board amenities. Go play some laser tag while you try not to think about what all of this might mean!
And by the end of the week, well... maybe another tragic accident will occur, maybe it won't. No choice but to find out.

SUNDAY | MONDAY | TUESDAY | WEDNESDAY | THURSDAY
[ ooc: Welcome to week 3! Remember to turn in your AC here and coins for regains over here! If you wish to get in contact with the npcs, Davy Jones is over here, and The Captain is over here! And as requested, profiles are accessible here. ]

bless the handwaving
You certainly are skilled! It's a good way to keep our skills sharp, ja?
[And you know. Have fun!!!]

[ There's a brief pause. ]
...Was there a game like this back in your world? Or something similar to it?

I also assume your gun would be powered by that 'blastia' you had mentioned before?
no subject
[That part gets a nod from him, though.]
That's correct. Guns aren't very common at all in Terca Lumireis because they're much more difficult to make and maintain than swords and the like. Mine requires a blastia, which most weapons don't. So it's not often you'll see weapons like it!
[this is the only explanation i have for why his weapon's like this, just roll with it. i am absolutely making shit up as i go.]
no subject
I see. Though, because it's powered by a blastia does that mean it doesn't fire bullets like a regular gun?
no subject
[..........that is not really an explanation of aer at all but you know what, good enough.]
Anyway, it essentially shoots energy bursts, if that makes sense? I'm not sure what a bullet is, but it sounds like a different sort of projectile.
no subject
It sounds like some kind of omnipresent energy.
[ He's not surprised that there's a level of technological difference here because they've discussed some particulars before. ]
That said, it does make sense. A bullet is, in fact, a projectile, man-made and without any sort of magic properties [ For the purposes of this conversation, anyway. ] which also happens to usually be the size of a small rock or pebble. But of course, does twice as much damage compared to actually throwing a rock, especially since it's ejected from a gun at high speeds.

[Just imagining it kind of makes him want to cringe, but on the other hand, that's so cool...]
I imagine my weapon wouldn't be nearly as effective like that... But the smaller ones my bodyguards use would likely benefit greatly.
[That's said more to himself. Is he considering taking this idea back and getting his girls some bullets?? Yes. Don't worry about it.]
Other worlds always have so many fascinating ideas, ja?
no subject
Bodyguards? More members of your guild, I assume?
[ ... ]
But, you're right in that other worlds seem to have interesting ideas and elements. Certainly many more than I could've even begun to fathom on my own.
no subject
[But man, that's a mood Risotto...]
I didn't think that other worlds would be this different. Some of them, certainly! [Like whatever world Filbo came from.] But it seems like every time I talk to someone, I learn something new!
[This is absolutely not a bad thing, he's kind of enjoying it...]
