WEEK 3

You wake up on Sunday. This is unusual in large part because, whether or not you did go to sleep, when last you checked? It was Friday. Saturday is missing.

And that's not all, either. Should you check your devices, there's a calendar next to the clock. The date?

December 31st.

The dead are still gone. Your material gains are still here. Every object you've moved on the ship has returned to the position it was in when you first awoke.

Once you've recovered from the shock of that, though, not all is the same as it was when you first awoke! The lock on the door leading down to the next level of the ship has been removed, allowing you free access to a whole new assortment of on-board amenities. Go play some laser tag while you try not to think about what all of this might mean!

And by the end of the week, well... maybe another tragic accident will occur, maybe it won't. No choice but to find out.

[ Something about that phrasing seems to irk her, as she puts the book she was looking at back a little more aggressively than intended. She turns back to Sara, cocking her head to the side. ]

What do you mean by that, exactly?

[She doesn't seem to want to elaborate, just glancing back at Alice and then continuing to read.]

[ Oh, this is cute. Alice giggles, walking back over to Sara and tries to snatch the book out of Sara's hands. ]

You know it's not nice to ignore people when they're talking to you, right? The least you could do is answer my question.
