There's always a lighthouse

[ Blinking, bruised, but not defeated, you all stumble forward into the light. It's a quicker and easier trek downhill to the beach than it was up to the lighthouse by far - especially, perhaps, for those of you eager to see your previously fallen fellow passengers.

LeChuck comes with you, of course - not that he has much other choice, struck low by the Ultimate Insult as he is - and already on the beach or upon the ship they sailed from hell itself are the dead, ghostly but present. You can touch them, there's just a weird glow and you can kind of see their skeletons?

Jones, for his part, stands on the deck of the Dutchman, a plank lowered by his crew to the sand below for anyone who wants to speak with him. There will come a time to decide what to do next, but for now... focus on reuniting and figuring out what happens to that mean ol' LeChuck now.

Oh, I'm doing great! Just a few scuffs here and there, and maybe a slight case of transparency... [He winks at the last part, pretending to make an attempt at covering up where he bones show through particularly conspicuously.] But seriously, I couldn't be happier. It's finally over!

[Chloe did so great out there. Plumeria's proud; she doesn't know how to be a sister, really, but if she can support Chloe...maybe she'll be able to learn.

Of course, Plumeria...well, okay, she winds up laughing a bit at the 'slight case of transparency' bit despite herself, the laughter coming out as more of a snort than anything--]

Well, hopefully it isn't contagious. [Still, Plumeria finds herself smiling despite herself at that last bit.] It is. I'm so glad it's over, for all of us. All of that torment and anguish is behind us, and we'll never have to deal with that again.

Here's hoping! I saw the living group dropping off some horrible-looking ghostly man with Davy darling. I'm guessing that was LeChuck? If anyone can deal with him properly, I'm sure it would be Davy darling.

[That makes two of them, really. They look like Hel rejects, this is awful and she wants her sick fairy aesthetic back!]

I saw that too...well, if anyone deserves to deal with him at this point, it's certainly Mr. Jones. He'll certainly be able to find a way to make sure LeChuck suffers for everything that he was put through; it's almost a shame we likely won't be able to see it. I'm sure it'll be wonderful, though.

[If they can't watch LeChuck suffer eternally, they can at least find out about the Ultimate Insult, right? As a treat?!]

Yes, we certainly will. I doubt that they'll be able to keep it to themselves for long; I truly look forward to finding out just what they managed to do to lay LeChuck low. It's certain to be an incredible story.

And I'm certain they'll like the story that we have in return.
