There's always a lighthouse

[ Blinking, bruised, but not defeated, you all stumble forward into the light. It's a quicker and easier trek downhill to the beach than it was up to the lighthouse by far - especially, perhaps, for those of you eager to see your previously fallen fellow passengers.

LeChuck comes with you, of course - not that he has much other choice, struck low by the Ultimate Insult as he is - and already on the beach or upon the ship they sailed from hell itself are the dead, ghostly but present. You can touch them, there's just a weird glow and you can kind of see their skeletons?

Jones, for his part, stands on the deck of the Dutchman, a plank lowered by his crew to the sand below for anyone who wants to speak with him. There will come a time to decide what to do next, but for now... focus on reuniting and figuring out what happens to that mean ol' LeChuck now.

Oh...I suppose, if it was all sand, there was no way to cook and eat the crabs. [Flayn they were dead why would they need to eat] Roasted crab is very tasty.

Probably not, but we didn't actually need to eat, so that wasn't bad. Also they had some connection to Calypso — the real one, not the fake dream one — so I think maybe we weren't supposed to do that.

Just at the very end, but yeah. She... was a bunch of crabs, I think...? But then they turned into a lady.

[ ...He pauses as he hears how that sounds, then shakes his head. ]

That part was kind of a blur. Anyway, she helped us get out of there!

Pretty, stern but maybe also a little playful? [ He's bad at judging when things are jokes!! ] I don't know, she seemed about right for a goddess, I think. She still left all the planning and stuff to us, she just helped us make it happen once we decided.

Hm...while I cannot say I envy you for having to die to meet her, I wish I could have met her as well.

[Flayn give it like fifteen minutes and she'll turn up]

Yeah, the dying part really wasn't ideal... [ To put it mildly... ] I think we're supposed to be seeing her on this side before this is all over too, though, so you might be able to.
