There's always a lighthouse
[ Blinking, bruised, but not defeated, you all stumble forward into the light. It's a quicker and easier trek downhill to the beach than it was up to the lighthouse by far - especially, perhaps, for those of you eager to see your previously fallen fellow passengers.
LeChuck comes with you, of course - not that he has much other choice, struck low by the Ultimate Insult as he is - and already on the beach or upon the ship they sailed from hell itself are the dead, ghostly but present. You can touch them, there's just a weird glow and you can kind of see their skeletons?
Jones, for his part, stands on the deck of the Dutchman, a plank lowered by his crew to the sand below for anyone who wants to speak with him. There will come a time to decide what to do next, but for now... focus on reuniting and figuring out what happens to that mean ol' LeChuck now.
Welcome to your Golden End. ]
(ooc: Congratulations, everyone! Feel free to mingle here to your hearts' content - tomorrow afternoon or evening, your ride home will be resolved, and that'll lead to an optional mingle with any Round 1 characters who wish to join and commiserate about the experience!)

[Saved their hides, really. Still, Filbo is imagining them pushing a ruined ship across a desert until they reach a coast they can use. No wonder it took them weeks to get out of there, it must have been an awful time]

[ GUESS WHO NAMED IT ]

[Apparently he thinks it's likely Alice herself saw a ship, climbed to the very top and proclaimed loudly this was her ship now, gave it the name, and demanded everyone used it for their daring escape.
That everyone played along is the part that surprises him]

I did!
[ Technically he just came up with Queen Alice and Guybrush brought up the Revenge thing because of some other ship, but he put the parts together!! ]
Punched Jack in the face on it too, so it's been living up to its name.

Oh. Jack was over there too?
[Yeah, he hasn't seen Handsome Jack around here yet. It's amazing how nonplussed Filbo can sound about him. Jack and LeChuck are definitely the worst people he has ever known, of course he'd have absolutely no kind opinions towards them]

Anyway, if you end up having to look at his ugly face and you see the little crack in it, that was me!

[Really, it's completely fair the people he brought for a grumpforsaken ritual get to punch him. Then he laughs, amused, and jokes:]
...what's this place doing to me? First I encourage vandalism while on the ship, then I help Yeager and Magica insult a ghost pirate into submission, and now I'm glad someone got punched so hard his face cracked. I'm pretty sure by definition you all are bad influences on me!
[Not that it'll change Filbo at all, hah. He'll always be the same mellow guy at heart -- and he's well aware his own influence on others has been good, which he never imagined could happen. Maybe influencing each other is give and take, hah!

That guy wasn't kidding about using insults in fights, huh...
[ Too bad he's not any good at them himself... ]
Probably most of us, yeah. But thanks. Anyway, it felt great.
