Good morning, New Rapture. A new day is dawning.

It's a strange sort of feeling, waking up on Sunday. Not the least because, well... you fell asleep on Friday, didn't you? Whether you sleep or not, none of you remember Saturday. Everything, by all accounts, seems to be Sunday. Weird.

It's not all bizarre feelings of lost time that you have to show for your efforts, though - it seems that another wing of New Rapture is ready for you. Perhaps there's more information to be found about your situation there... and maybe more about the history of this place, if that interests you.

There are still 23 of you left... Keep getting to know them. There's regains to get, after all!

[Hmm!! Well, that looks like it may be important! Anything to note on or about this one as he's returning to his room to play it? Does it have a label or anything? Does it look about the same as the others?

And then of course once he's back in his room he'll play that, so what do we have on this one?]

[ It seems to be a recording of Mayor Fontaine, actually! Or like. A recording of an announcement by him, maybe? ]

New Rapture! Citizens, another year will soon be upon us. Finally, we will officially have lasted longer than the last attempt at one 'a these underwater utopias I roped myself into. You know me. I gathered the best of the best, for real this time. New Rapture. Freedom, so long as it pays. And oh, as long as you all follow me, New Rapture? It'll pay.

First, I found the Founders. They helped me open the supply lanes to whole other universes. Who else can do that? Then all of you flowed in, like fish. You know this already. So this New Years, let's all... renew our vows, huh? Make sure you find a way to catch the broadcast. I promise it's worth your while.
