Good morning, New Rapture. A new day is dawning.

It's a strange sort of feeling, waking up on Sunday. Not the least because, well... you fell asleep on Friday, didn't you? Whether you sleep or not, none of you remember Saturday. Everything, by all accounts, seems to be Sunday. Weird.

It's not all bizarre feelings of lost time that you have to show for your efforts, though - it seems that another wing of New Rapture is ready for you. Perhaps there's more information to be found about your situation there... and maybe more about the history of this place, if that interests you.

There are still 23 of you left... Keep getting to know them. There's regains to get, after all!

Yup, I remembered. It's like you said, though. It felt silly to try to get someone else, 'specially from another suite. I figured you oughta be sleeping.

[Everyone's wrung out, but Jonathan is one of the most worrying cases, TBH.]

[Jonathan, who was halfheartedly looking through the books, shoots Obi a worried look.]

Obi, I offered you my word. I would happily lend my help to you no matter when you need it. My... sleep schedule hasn't been quite normal for awhile, anyway.

[He looks a little sheepish, not wanting to hammer in the whole "I got kidnapped by vampires" thing.]

[Obi tilts his head as if that helps him read between the lines.]

You're having trouble sleeping?

[He shifts a little, uncomfortable.]

Sort of. You see, the Count had the most peculiar schedule, and I would often stay up all night conversing with him. I suppose it made me more nocturnal for the time being.

And... I will admit sleep has becoming harder to me in general. It's hard to close my eyes without my mind racing with thoughts.

[kninja]

...Wanna try sleeping with me? I mean, in my room. I'm up at all hours if you need someone to talk to, plus we did it before.

[And got a shallow dunking for it. He holds up his hands.]

Before you ask, I don't mind. I can't even tell you how many times I've conked out on Master's couch, I'm used to sharing space.

[He looks surprised by the offer at first, but Jonathan starts grinning at Obi.]

Well, if it's no trouble, I would be happy to!

[That was... maybe more excited than he intended. Jonathan quickly goes to clear his throat.]

I must say you make for a much better conversation partner than the Count, after all. And I certainly do not mind sleeping on the floor if I must

[Obi makes an X with his arms and then sweeps them out, shaking his head.]

Nuh-uh! I take the floor, that's not up for debate. You're the one having trouble sleeping, and I'm the one with a practice of catching winks in strange places.

[Oh!]

Besides, I can copy Floyd. He made a "pillow fort" in his room earlier. It looked like fun.
