Good morning, New Rapture. A new day is dawning.

It's a strange sort of feeling, waking up on Sunday. Not the least because, well... you fell asleep on Friday, didn't you? Whether you sleep or not, none of you remember Saturday. Everything, by all accounts, seems to be Sunday. Weird.

It's not all bizarre feelings of lost time that you have to show for your efforts, though - it seems that another wing of New Rapture is ready for you. Perhaps there's more information to be found about your situation there... and maybe more about the history of this place, if that interests you.

There are still 23 of you left... Keep getting to know them. There's regains to get, after all!

I examined that vending machine with my tools. The thermograph gave no results worth noting, but the x-ray did show the insides, and it was...

[Odd in a way that makes an AI like her weirded out, hah. The kind of sight that seems to be against the laws of reality apart, and Aiba's personality is very grounded on reality, so what can one do, really]

Hm. Were you unable to get a proper read on it due to some sort of interference, or was it simply nonsensical?

The latter. It's as if someone wrote an entire hundred thousand word book in the same page, returning to the top left every time they ran out of space, until it's impossible to read even a single letter.

In other words, too many things occupying the same space.

I see. How... utterly bizarre. Then again, I feel if one is going to pull so many people in from disparate worlds, they are going to have some disregard for the laws of reality.

It's unnerving. My immediate reaction is to try to find an explanation to it all instead of taking it at face value, and I have needed to take so many things at face value.

[What with the many many many different universes and people and supernatural creatures and what not. How can reality be like this?]

I can understand that, I think. I know several people who would enjoy puzzling all this out, but at this point I would prefer not to interfere much in forces I do not understand…
