SECOND INVESTIGATION

It's easy to think, with how much... less this week's motive seems to be than the last, that perhaps nothing will happen. But then again, someone was poisoned yesterday, so perhaps you're already on edge. No one could blame you, in this place. Even on the brightest days, New Rapture is dark.

There's no blood in the elevator, at least, but... your radios are all pretty quiet, this morning.

[IT SURE DID, APPARENTLY. Okay, so where is this massive puddle of blood in the garden? Is is near where Hagakure found the knife? Did the killer drag Obi through most of the garden?]

[ It looks to be closer to the front of the hotel than the pool, but not too deep eastward into the garden, if that makes sense? The knife is a bit away from it, though there's something in the middle of the disturbed area as well. ]

[Yes, it does! Alright, so what exactly is this thing in the middle of the area? Can he get an idea of what it is from over here or is he going to have to go into the Danger Zone to retrieve it...]

[ He's gonna have to Go In, I'm afraid... though it's not like. Directly in the middle of the blood puddle, at least. ]

[smh, it's very inconvenient he wears white.... anyway give him a moment to make sure he won't be accidentally dragging his coat into the blood before approaching to find the thing!

So what do we have here? While he's checking out the blood and the item contained within, what sort of pattern are we looking at here? Is there a pattern of any sort or is it just "someone was probably stabbed here like, a lot"?]

[Fantastic!! He hasn't gotten one of these, but someone else will likely be able to recognize it. I'm gonna guess this one is very covered in blood. Anything else noteworthy about it?]

[ It's covered in blood, but mostly on the side that was facing up. Like it was clean when it hit the ground. ]
