It's hard to tell that - of if - the motive has passed. The radios are the same, there are no missing powers, the day begins like any other. But there's something heavy hanging over you, the knowledge that, well... it's Friday. And unpleasant things happen in New Rapture on Fridays.

While we would love to say it's remotely quiet and peaceful, we can't. Helios Suites and the grounds around them are body-free, at least, but... there's a series of booming noises coming from somewhere else in New Rapture, echoing through the empty halls.

Looks like the game is afoot, citizens.

The door doesn't open? Or, at least it provides a lot of resistance when Floyd tries to open it. You sure you wanna go in here, buddy? ]

[ OH BOY. Is there a window at all? If there's resistance, he's gonna try to peek in and maybe climb in, but if not... Yeah he's busting down the door. ]

[ Busting down the door on your own is... a tough sell. But busting down a door with a friend, well... that gets you through!

Inside is. Rough. The first body you see is that of the poor chair who had been conscripted into blocking the door.

Which is sad until you see the actual body lying on the ground, that is. ]

Stupid chair.... Ah, jeeze. You uh, you good there?

[ Yeah uh.... let's give the body a careful turn around. Who is it? ]

[ Maybe it's the weirdly stale, thin air in here, but it feels like it takes more exertion than it should to turn the body over. But it's hard to miss someone with that outfit and that hair, you know? Even lying in a pool of blood.

In a way you've taken his job - The Undertaker is dead. ]

[ He tries to shake the Undertaker awake. But of course that's not going to work. Why do his eyes sting a bit? Oh, must be the tears. ]

While Floyd checks the body, Hild'll look around to make sure there's not... a second one....... laying around............. ]
