It's hard to tell that - of if - the motive has passed. The radios are the same, there are no missing powers, the day begins like any other. But there's something heavy hanging over you, the knowledge that, well... it's Friday. And unpleasant things happen in New Rapture on Fridays.

While we would love to say it's remotely quiet and peaceful, we can't. Helios Suites and the grounds around them are body-free, at least, but... there's a series of booming noises coming from somewhere else in New Rapture, echoing through the empty halls.

Looks like the game is afoot, citizens.

[Just to clarify, how simple is this control panel? Is this something that anyone could figure out with clearly labeled buttons, or is it a bit more complex that would require some technical know-how to operate?]

[ It's pretty simple! Relatively well-labeled, and all you really need to do is push some buttons. It's safe to say anyone would be able to figure it out with some trial and error. ]

[Good to know! Okay, so if there's nothing else off about this control panel... time to take a look around - what's up with the water level? Has it been completely drained or is there still some left in here?]

[ Completely drained! While Rossiu's looking around, he'll be able to spy one of the fake rocks looks...disturbed, somewhat moved. ]

What's up with this? Before he picks it up to get a better look at it, how is it disturbed, exactly? I'm guessing there's no blood, but does it look like someone moved this? Are there other fake rocks around in this area?]

There are other fake rocks around, but this one's like...a little too close to the track? Not on it, but close enough that a car would've gone over it. ]

[Huh! Does it look like it was specifically moved? Or maybe this was more like "someone was walking and not paying attention where they were going and accidentally kicked it"... Actually, come to think of it, are there any cars anywhere along the tracks or are they all back at the starting point?]

[ The rock looks like it was specifically moved! All the cars are back at the starting point. ]

So is this like... a knife taped to a rock. Is the knife stuck inside the rock. What are we looking at here.]

It's not taped, just covering it. Looks like someone discarded this knife, probably after its edges got bent and damaged for some reason, and dropped one of the fake rocks on it! ]

[Okay good, that's better than anything I was imagining. Maybe they thought Rossiu wouldn't stare intensely at rocks to avoid looking at poor Dandy's body. But too bad, here we are anyway.

Is this a vending machine knife? Does it have any blood on it or is he free to pick it up?]

[Excellent! Now then, it's bent and damaged - in what way? Does it look like it's the tip, like someone went in for a stab only to hit something very hard? Or is it the blade like they did the same thing with a slash? Or are we looking at something else entirely here?]

[ The closest approximation is comparing it to a stab...but that's not quite right. It's worn down pretty consistently on its edges, mostly at the tip, but also on the sides. It looks like someone was pushing this knife into a hard object it couldn't cut but just kept on going. ]

[Hmm! That's interesting... Someone probably found something relevant so we can figure out what this is later!!

Anything else to note about the knife? Is that the only damage it suffered and it's bent as a result of that?]

[ Nothing else here! And nothing else around the entrance in general. ]
