[ Welcome to... a very nice beach, actually! It's very pleasant here. Carmen has set up a couple bonfires, there's some barbecues with meat to cook... and a lot of beach to hang out on! ]

Welcome to California's Pigeon Point Light Station State Park! Between Santa Cruz and San Francisco, just south of Pescadero, this lighthouse gets it's name from the Carrier Pigeon, a ship that wrecked here in 1853! ... Sorry, old habit. Go party. We have the whole place to ourselves. Most everyone here's been through something like this, or knows someone who has. And... the vending machine's bringing in some friends of yours, too.

[ It's a warm late summer night - not too hot for bonfires, but not too chilly that you need to stick by them to survive.

You've made it to the end. There are fellow survivors to meet and commiserate with, friends to meet or catch up with, and... it's over. For those of you returning, it's been about a year since the end of Round 2, and Carmen's gotten the word out to as many people as she can between trying to help this round and tracking down Round 0. If you'd like to play a hostage from the first motive, just know that they will remember it, but it's up to the player in the main round if time has passed since then or not so... it may have been a day or two ago or it may have been months! And hell with it, if you want to play a Round 0 character you suggested back in r1, come talk to us. Why not?

[Perhaps surprisingly, Adaman doesn't seem to be anywhere to be seen at the beginning of the party as everyone arrives; anyone eagle eyed may have noticed him sneaking off after a bit of prattling, and talking to Carmen about something or other. Seemingly, he leaves without a word, which might be a bit peculiar for someone like him...?

But when Adaman returns, quick as he left, he isn't alone; Leafeon isn't the only partner with him, it seems, and not unlike the picture that had implied another version of him joined up with the Founders long ago, there's many Eeveelutions at his feet. Glaceon is off to the side, watching carefully, but a jet black fox with yellow rings stands alongside him, surprisingly regal, along with Leafeon. A couple tiny little brown foxes play at his feet a bit, but...

Perhaps the most startling is a bright, white light in the area--a fortelling of evolution, for those familiar, and when that light fades, a spiky, yellow fox is among them--and quickly zooming off and around, joyfully.]

Ah, Jolteon, you ought to be careful! Don't go tripping over those new legs of yours, alright?!

[But Adaman laughs, all the while; feel free to bump into him, he'll be joining the fray with the entire squad momentarily. In truth, he has a few gifts to give out, but...

Well, to anyone outside of R3, he takes particular interest as he waves, Leafeon and Umbreon trotting ever close to his feet.]

Greetings! I do not believe we have met, but would you mind terribly if I were to join you for a spell?

[You're more than free to just find him poking around with all of the babies, too, he's more than here for it and likely lying on the ground and staring at the stars with glee. This...this is paradise.]

( riddle's a polite boy- adaman might have seen floyd hugging him and refusing to let go for quite a while- but it's... very clear the more childish part of him wants to pet. he won't, but he wants to. )

The questioning about his partners, though, gets him to chuckle a bit.]

Ah, they are calling Pokémon! These creatures are my dear partners--they are usually with me where ever I am to go, and they have stuck by my side through thick and thin, along with their kin!

[The little bouncy Eevees, in particular, he means. If nothing else, some of them seem to be curious about Riddle; they may come over and sniff?]

I imagine they do not populate the world where you come from--you are friends with Floyd, correct? He did not recognize them, when I brought them up.

Yes, he and I are classmates and... friends, yes. ( it feels... weird to admit that when floyd is so... floyd, but the two months without him were hollow, almost. ) He has a habit of interrupting my studies to play. But I missed him terribly. '

While we have occasional magical animals and beasts, I've never seen anything like this or the... 'sneasel', was it? I had no idea that there could be more varieties.

( as he speaks, he gently holds out a gloved hand for inspection, but otherwise makes no move towards the eevee. )

My name is Riddle Rosehearts... or... "Goldfishie", if you listen to Floyd. I'd prefer my name however.

[The first thing Hagakure sees is Jolteon zipping around, which immediately fills him with excitement. More! Pokemon!! He follows Jolteon, which leads him to Adaman and his squad.]

Whoa!!! Ada-my man, where'd you get all these cute little guys?

[Can he...can he pet all of them...]

[You sure as shit can!! Especially when Jolteon and the little gaggle of vees start bouncing over towards him; they all practically vie for his attention, the Eevees just kind of jumping around everywhere while Jolteon tries to paw at him. It's cute? It's cute.]

Come now, come now, peace all of you--

[Adaman laughs easily as he walks over, grinning.]

Would you believe Carmen allowed me the opportunity to get them from home? Why, they practically came rushing in the second she opened the way! Truly, they've been missing me from the looks of it!

[He laughs at that, though.]

They truly do love people, though--I'm not surprised that they've taken to you!

[Obi pauses when he catches sight of all the Eevee, but the redheaded woman beside him lights up.]

Oh, they're so cute! [She looks up at Adaman.] They're a little like fox kits, but tame. Are they yours?

[Adaman perks when he hears a familiar voice--but the unfamiliar woman beside him gets a smile, as the little Vees start to bounce on over to the both of them. Hi, hi, hello--]

Aha, they are indeed! They're the many sons and daughters of my partner here, if you can believe it! [Leafeon puffs up a bit pridefully!!] Glad to see that you like them, Miss!

[And, to Obi;]

Would I be correct in assuming this is the kindly Miss Lady you have spoken of, my friend?

[redmedies]

Yes, I'm... Shirayuki... Um, Obi?

[Why is her bodyguard sidling behind her. Obi turns his face away and hides half of it behind his hand.]

I have something to give Chief Adaman, but... look, I can't handle puppies, okay? They're so... so...

[He opens and closes his fingers a couple time, then just gestures meaninglessly at the baby 'Vees.]
