WEEK 4
Another trial, another week, and still you're probably running lower on answers than you'd like. And on people - you lost three since last Sunday. By the end of this week, you'll have been here for nearly a full month, yet still the days crawl on.
You wake up Sunday, again with no memory of Saturday, but this time with a simple message on your devices: You may resume requesting items, if you like. Enjoy. Guess it really was just a stealth motive after all, but at least it's being communicated that it's over! That's something, at least.
And when you leave your rooms on Sunday, there's another new area to explore! This one is... certainly more ambitious in its construction than the last one, to say the least. But hey, you have a pretty neat place to host parties, if you feel so inclined! That's... fun...
Hey, you gotta find the fun in situations like this where you can! Silver linings, right?

... More weapons?
[ There sure are more weapons! Listen, she gets the message. She's got a steadily growing mountain of weapons in the corner of her room. She could also make a whole village with the gingerbread houses she keeps getting... anyway. Once she gets all of this stuff to her room (which she hasn't slept in since, like, Friday) she decides to start transporting all of the stuff she doesn't want to the lounge.
And boy, there is a lot. She'll be here pretty much all morning, please come take some of this.
After that, she'll head on over to the water park for an attempt at relaxation. Catch her on the lazy river wearing one of the provided swimsuits, reading a book--or join her! Or she's at the arcade a while later, getting some sweet DDR time in. She's actually there pretty late. ]

Is this a sign, then...? Perhaps it is time to take up arms once more...

... Rhea?

[She's focusing on that sword. Her voice is reverent. She doesn't even notice Mira standing there until she hears her name. She blinks as if she's been suddenly brought out of sleep.]
Ah... Mira?
no subject
Did you-- just receive that from the machine?

Arcade, late
He almost says something to get her attention. He's pretty sure she'll go back to her room to avoid him. Who wouldn't, after their last conversation? Instead, he keeps quiet and stands outside, next to the arcade's entrance, bottles on the floor beside him, whittling a piece of wood.
And he'll just stay there for as long as she's in there, switching hands every so often as he works.]
no subject
She expects him to say something, or at least... you know, leave. Their last conversation had been a downright disaster, and quite honestly, she hadn't been sure how to approach him. Maybe she should've tried, but she'd-- rather not have made him mad again.
Now, though.
She still has no idea how to approach him, but she's going to try. She steps off the machine and takes a couple steps forward. ]
... Therion?
[ Tentative, unsure. ]

If you're going to be out late at night, you should bring someone with you.

I lost track of time, honestly. [ ... ] I'll make sure to next time, if it happens again.

arcade;
[ Ema thought she heard the sound of stomping around in here, from her haunt at the bar across the way. Not that she's really one to talk, here; it's easy to lose track of time when there's no sunlight to speak of, and sleeping just...well, it hasn't quite been as easy as putting your head against the pillow and shutting your eyes recently.
There's a mug of coffee in her hand, long-cold, and a few books under her arm, but she's careful not to let any of it spill over onto the machines as she approaches the rails of the second-player side. That peppy, bubblegum sort of high-BPM music doesn't seem to give Ema much more energy than the coffee did. She can't help but wonder where Mira gets hers. ]
no subject
[ "A little," she says. She leans against the railing of the machine, blowing a bit of hair out of her eyes. She eyes that mug, the books, and she gives Ema a little smile. It's certainly sympathetic. ]
What about you? Couldn't sleep either?
no subject
Been a little restless since yesterday. Er, more restless than usual. And I wanted to stick around by the bar for a bit, to keep an eye on anyone who happened to come by, just in case...but it's been pretty dead all evening, honestly.
[ She takes the books out from under her arm and slumps over the rail a bit. In the light of the machine, the top one is pretty clearly a book of cocktail recipes... ]
Which, don't get me wrong, I'm grateful for, but...well, scientifically speaking, you need some interaction, every now and again.
no subject
[ She lets out a sigh and glances at the book. She's not judging, but also, are you okay, Ema? ... Is anyone here okay? But then again, as long as the bar's here, it might as well be used.
She can still worry, though. ]
I'm no scientist, but I know people need a friend sometimes. [ To help keep your head above water, and all that. She gives Ema a meaningful smile. It's rough out there, but... ] Luckily, you've got me here for all your friendship needs.

...hm. Actually, he also has no idea what time it is!]
I have been wondering if I should branch out a bit here, though I'm not really much of a dancer.
no subject
Don't worry, I'm not much of a dancer at all, either. [ She's not awful, but. ] But this is a lot of fun, if you've never tried it.

I wish I could plant it or something... That would be nice.
