WEEK 5

That's three murders now - and this last trial got more than slightly out of hand. It looks like you might be in for another tough week... or at least, maybe that's just the refusal of this place to change too much. You lose Saturday again, but maybe six-day weeks are starting to feel normal by now. Who knows? The cycle of day and night continues apace, changing so little.

Speaking of change, though, there's a new area to look through, the biggest and most complex yet. And the end of one wing of the facility, from the looks of it - though you can probably guess where more areas might start to open up.

And speaking of opening up (segues!), this week if you're out particularly late, you might sometimes see Angel out and about! So hey, maybe change is on the horizon.

Just gotta hope it's a change for the better, don't you?

Little of importance. Mere sleeplessness, and a desire to check on the flowers. And what of yourself?

Habit. I've become accustomed coming here.

It offers the same peacefulness and quiet as the library.

I could say as much of the chapel, though that lacks the charming scenery.

You're not wrong.

[ Vincent had no intentions of stepping into the chapel. Just not his cup of tea. ]

Do you have a favorite here?

[ A flower, a plant...one of those things. ]

...I do, actually.

[He gestured to a small pink collection of flowers, in among the poisonous plants.]

It's a commonly grown garden plant called nerium oleander. Are you familiar?

[ Ah... pink flowers. It made him think of Aerith, actually.

He'll turn his gaze from the flowers to the priest. ]

No, I'm not. I don't believe I've ever seen this kind of flower until I saw this garden here.

A shame. Then again...they are, as you might expect, highly poisonous. So perhaps not encountering them was good fortune on your part.

I don't have too much interest in these kinds of things, normally. So I probably wouldn't have gotten up close.

Oh? What is it that interests you, then?

Nothing special.

Wandering. Seeing new and old places back home.

[ He won't say having a fun jolly ol' time with friends because he wasn't the type to really hammer that home, though he did enjoy the company of people he was friends with. ]
