WEEK 5

That's three murders now - and this last trial got more than slightly out of hand. It looks like you might be in for another tough week... or at least, maybe that's just the refusal of this place to change too much. You lose Saturday again, but maybe six-day weeks are starting to feel normal by now. Who knows? The cycle of day and night continues apace, changing so little.

Speaking of change, though, there's a new area to look through, the biggest and most complex yet. And the end of one wing of the facility, from the looks of it - though you can probably guess where more areas might start to open up.

And speaking of opening up (segues!), this week if you're out particularly late, you might sometimes see Angel out and about! So hey, maybe change is on the horizon.

Just gotta hope it's a change for the better, don't you?

[Before Rose can even finish her sentence Zerinda is next to Lion (well out of the way of his steak) and shoving her face and hands into his mane.

He's so fluffy! [Her voice is muffled by said fluff. This is it, the absolute ideal.] Where did you even get a him?

He lives in the desert with a bunch of other lions! There's been lions there since the first time I visited!

[bogwife]

[Her head shoots up from Lion's mane, her eyes going wide.] There are more of them?!

[lovelikeyou]

Yes! There's lots of them, in some parts of Earth. And they live in groups, so where there's one, there's always more!

[bogwife]

I've seen pictures of them in books and they're a fairly popular as pets in Orlais but I've never gotten to experience one in person. Are they all pink on your Earth?

[lovelikeyou]

No, he's the only one. I found him living near a lot of old Gem artifacts...I think he was exposed to some Gem energy somehow.

He's not like other lions. He even has some powers, normally!
