Another week, another three lost - and this time all to one murder case. And that's to say nothing of the execution, or whatever went on with that ouija board that still sits in the library... strange things are afoot in the facility, and some of them not even your captor seems fully equipped to explain.

The other of the two doors in the main living area finally opens after another lost Saturday, and what lies beyond is... strange, to say the least. Looks like there's no shortage of changes, even in the architecture. It certainly seems like you should have gotten something like this before the water park at the very least, don't you think?

Angel's still out and about at night, if you want to be found. And who knows what else you might find if you're out alone? Apparently, you might have a ghost on your hands.

[Good morning, time for Anna to get her new green suit on and check out the vending machine. And get... a bunch of stuff. Seriously, what is all this. Why does any of it need to be.

Well, she'll be in the TV lounge later with a large, large pile of stuff to trade away. The New York tape is playing on the TV, just in case there's anything hidden on it. Spoiler: there probably isn't.

In the garden, Anna will show up to wander the flower garden and check out the pond. Maybe all that passive-aggression in the chapel is getting to her, since she's looking over all the flowers, both poisonous and not, contemplatively. ...she's also brought a dried-out bouquet of roses and dumped it in the corner. Compost???

Well, she'll end up in the chapel at night, despite usually avoiding the place. Right in the middle of all the passive-aggressive flower displays, she's enshrined... whatever the wolfsbane is supposed to represent, before turning away to walk out.]

He does. I did have an interesting discussion with him about the merits of it earlier, as well.

I called poison a coward's method. He, simply put, disagreed.

I suppose if one needs it, but one would think someone like him would just fight his opponents. Honestly, a church with its own assassins. That can't be common.

As a knight of Seiros, yes, Shamir does do church business. Her skills as a spy are also quite useful.

I'd think you'd need that for an army instead of a religion.

I suppose you could say that the Knights of Seiros is a highly trained army.

Seriously? ...I suppose the situation in your world must call for it.

There are three countries on the continent of Fodlan. The Church protects the moral welfare of all three, as well as being a mediator. The Knights are a vital force in that.

I wouldn't suspect an army would be needed for "moral welfare," but if you do require it, I suppose your world's got a complicated history.
