WEEK 6
Another week, another three lost - and this time all to one murder case. And that's to say nothing of the execution, or whatever went on with that ouija board that still sits in the library... strange things are afoot in the facility, and some of them not even your captor seems fully equipped to explain.
The other of the two doors in the main living area finally opens after another lost Saturday, and what lies beyond is... strange, to say the least. Looks like there's no shortage of changes, even in the architecture. It certainly seems like you should have gotten something like this before the water park at the very least, don't you think?
Angel's still out and about at night, if you want to be found. And who knows what else you might find if you're out alone? Apparently, you might have a ghost on your hands.

SUNDAY | MONDAY | TUESDAY | WEDNESDAY | THURSDAY
[ooc: Welcome to Week 6! If you want Angel or to try your hand at the ouija, please make sure to note in your toplevel, same as an investigation! AC is over here, regains are here, and, well...
You've all got a new app on your devices! Use it wisely. ]

1. was the skeleton missing any bones on it earlier, it's not like he stood there and counted all 206 but you'd better believe that he's going to try to figure out what this is and where it goes like the absolute fucking nerd that he is
2. does he have to fire up that godforsaken haunted x-ray machine again because after he's done checking this thing over to make sure it doesn't open somehow/isn't a flash drive (look he's from umbrella we make flash drives out of shit like this on a regular basis don't ask me)/doesn't have any other sort of weird, bony secret, he's going to scan this stupid bone just to make sure]

However, scanning does give you a new plate! This one is a skull, with some notable cybernetic implants to the side. Written across it is Alright, that might have been too much. Light fixture above the cabinets. ]

That said, duly noted! Let's...go check out the light fixtures... Is there anything visibly off, is he going to have to climb.]

TRANSCRIPTION OF VOICE MEMO FROM PROFESSOR [REDACTED], TITLE: MID-EXPERIMENT NOTES
We are now officially underway with our first trial of the experiment. Two murders have already occurred. Notes for trial two follow.
Leading with a motive seems to qualify as coming on a bit too strong, no one has any time to really bond, which apparently means you get some kind of madwoman trying to kill five people the first night. Give them a week of peace next time, perhaps. The tempo is important, now that I'm watching them settle into a rhythm.
I'm unsure the current room setup is optimal. We can revisit that, but alternating togetherness and isolation seems key to establishing the rhythm.
They apparently take much worse to being referred to as simply Test Subjects than expected - perhaps I can give them some kind of title with a more personal touch? Something dignified, perhaps, I can allow the next batch. They like being called lab rats less, but I rather enjoy it, so I will maintain that terminology.
A personal touch does seem important to this whole procedure - remaining disconnected only fosters resentment and anger, not the kinds of emotions we're hoping for. I am unsure how exactly to provide it, but I am of course already theorizing on how to improve the next time around. Another administrative role beyond the Failsafe, perhaps. For all the good he's doing here.
More to follow in the coming weeks, I'm sure. ]

Any further riddles in here, or have we reached the prize at the end of the rainbow?]

1. how advanced is the medical stuff in here? like i assume we don't have defibrillators and anesthesia supplies and all of that but do we have things to do, like...very basic amateur surgeries. do we have scalpels, can we intubate, can we do ivs, etc.
2. what kind of medicine is in the cabinet over there? i assume it's basic stock for simple things (so like, the equivalent of OTC painkillers/disinfectanting agents/bandages and the like), is that about correct]

2. yep! maybe a limited stock of some more heavy-duty painkillers, but the other stuff is about what you'll find ]
