WEEK 6

Another week, another three lost - and this time all to one murder case. And that's to say nothing of the execution, or whatever went on with that ouija board that still sits in the library... strange things are afoot in the facility, and some of them not even your captor seems fully equipped to explain.

The other of the two doors in the main living area finally opens after another lost Saturday, and what lies beyond is... strange, to say the least. Looks like there's no shortage of changes, even in the architecture. It certainly seems like you should have gotten something like this before the water park at the very least, don't you think?

Angel's still out and about at night, if you want to be found. And who knows what else you might find if you're out alone? Apparently, you might have a ghost on your hands.

SUNDAY | MONDAY | TUESDAY | WEDNESDAY | THURSDAY

[ooc: Welcome to Week 6! If you want Angel or to try your hand at the ouija, please make sure to note in your toplevel, same as an investigation! AC is over here, regains are here, and, well...

You've all got a new app on your devices! Use it wisely. ]

...

[ Oh, for a second he felt actually a little disappointed...until her follow-up comment. ]

I wouldn't say I'm picky about how it'll look, then. But if you're taking requests, a yellow bird would do fine?

Of course! That sounds fun!

[She likes yellow; it's cheerful!]

Do you know a yellow bird at home, or do you just like them?

There's a yellow bird back home. They're called chocobos.

[ It was natural to miss home a little, so maybe he was being sentimental about having such a thing. ]

I don't really have a picture to show you, but they're quick and people can use them to get around.

[ ...He could also like, draw a picture. Though his drawing skill would be very questionable. ]

lovelikeyou: (🌸 never could describe)

Oh, that's okay! I'm sure I can manage.

[Look, if she has a picture she'll feel obligated to make it look like the picture, when what she's actually capable of making is just a fat round bird. Let's not bring pictures into it.]

There aren't really any birds big enough for people to ride on Earth. Some of them are tall, but they aren't that strong, I think. [okay so she's never tried to ride an ostrich]

...Thank you.

[ ...Looks like a bullet was dodged, then. ]

What is Earth like? Besides the difference with birds.
lovelikeyou: (🌸 it never makes sense to me)

Oh, it's beautiful! So green and full of life. And water - there's so much water.

What's your planet like?

[personal profile] valentinus 2020-05-14 10:47 pm (UTC)(link)
It's like that too on Gaia, though there are a few cities scattered here or there.

[ More or less more green now that the planet's recovered, anyway... ]
lovelikeyou: (🌸 you think of me)

[personal profile] lovelikeyou 2020-05-15 01:38 am (UTC)(link)
Oh, humans have those on Earth, too. They've been growing so fast...

[Rose doesn't completely love all of it, but she's happy the humans are thriving, at least.]

It seems that is a constant no matter which world humans are on. For better or worse.

[ Vincent didn't mind it too much, though he thought that people could've stood not to rely on technology too much for personal reasons. ]
