There’s a piece of paper attached to the schematics for the mind control device. It says it in a lot of words, as many papers do, but the gist is this: the mind wiping is flawed - strong emotions can create memory recall as the mind struggles to regain what is lost. Theoretically, though, the paper supposes that by somehow killing just the mind, the impulse to remember would be suppressed, barring any pre-existing barriers to such. ]

These blueprints are... well, they're dated somewhere in the early 1900s. They appear to be designs for what is termed a cross-dimensional quantum engine, devised by someone with the initials R.L. ]

1. Criminal Potential - Our primary quality, simply the potential to carry out crimes. Informs several aspects of experiment success.
2. “Rock and Roll Attitude” - I have no idea what this means, no one has any idea what this means, but Coach asked for it and now this function is tied into making literally everything else work. That’s why it’s here, that’s why we keep getting rock people and people who sing, DO NOT TOUCH, WE’RE JUST GOING TO DEAL WITH IT.
3. Potential Loyalty - Look, it’s not as important, but in case we have to Melt them. Or whatever we’re calling brainwashing now.
4. Wealth - What are we going to do, say no?
