WEEK 6
Good morning, passengers. Happy Sunday. Happy New Year.
Three more of your number gone - or four, depending on your point of view. But regardless, you're down three bodies. The boat is getting less crowded, week by week. A loneliness only exacerbated by yet another new floor, and yet another section of topdeck. There are almost too many facilities for you to use by now, aren't there? And yet the amenities keep on coming. One of them is even personalized, this time, and perhaps not in a way you're fully comfortable with.
Who knows, maybe if your number falls enough, you'll be able to just exist permanently on the different floors. Might keep you out of the trial room for more than a week.
Are you at the point where you'd settle for that yet?
And if you look to the horizon, out in the distance... there are clouds starting to gather on the horizon this week.

SUNDAY | MONDAY | TUESDAY | WEDNESDAY | THURSDAY
[ ooc: Welcome to week 6, everyone! Remember to turn in AC here and coins for regains over here! If you wish to get in contact with the npcs, Davy Jones is over here, and The Captain is over here! And as requested, profiles are accessible here. ]

[It both surprises her and it doesn't; she can imagine being asleep for so long puts a damper on one's love life, but still.]

Well...anyway. It is not my favorite place in the monastery. That would be the fishing pond.
[Freyja do you wanna see the little pond, do you]

You did mention that fishing tournament that happened... It took place there, I assume?

[We're just going to totally ignore the ball now in favor of showing Freyja the smallest water feature in the entire course - it's got a little dock and a trickling waterfall and a hut nearby. And on the end of that dock there is a miniature Flayn, sitting with a fishing pole next to a figurine of a stern, green-haired man. (I didn't need to get a picture of him all sparkly at tea time but I wanted to anyway.)]
See? We are even fishing here!

[Hm...]
I admit that I've never been fishing. I know it's an activity some of the mortals like, but I've never done it.

[It's sort of a shame that access to the sea is so limited here; god knows they keep getting bait out of the machine.]
...You seem in better spirits today, after the weekend.

I am...doing my best. Though I do not think I can make up for how much of a fool I was.

[It's blunt, though it doesn't seem harsh - she isn't yelling it, and she doesn't seem truly angry so much as strict.]
Lorna would have hated herself if she'd awakened in the middle of that. As it stands, you're both extremely fortunate that no one told her what you did.

...I cannot make excuses for myself. We were all worn thin, and hungry, and upset. But I felt...so certain that, if the Captain would insist she die - and you know he would - that she should do so without a spirit lingering over her heart. That she could do so in peace. But I went about that entirely the wrong way.

You are right.
[A long pause.]
I should probably bring something to any future trials that would keep me from saying or doing something foolish. [Like a roll of duct tape.]
