Good morning, passengers. Happy Sunday. Happy New Year.

Three more of your number gone - or four, depending on your point of view. But regardless, you're down three bodies. The boat is getting less crowded, week by week. A loneliness only exacerbated by yet another new floor, and yet another section of topdeck. There are almost too many facilities for you to use by now, aren't there? And yet the amenities keep on coming. One of them is even personalized, this time, and perhaps not in a way you're fully comfortable with.

Who knows, maybe if your number falls enough, you'll be able to just exist permanently on the different floors. Might keep you out of the trial room for more than a week.

Are you at the point where you'd settle for that yet?

And if you look to the horizon, out in the distance... there are clouds starting to gather on the horizon this week.

Oh no, I've never been particularly fond of them. I like my outfit just the way it is! They'd look a lot less menacing on me, anyway.

[Not that there's much about Yeager that's menacing outside of the weapon???]

I wouldn't be so sure. You slowly approaching in the dark, with that giant scythe and the big red eyes...it'd make anyone's fur stand on end.

[As long as you don't say anything, because the moment Yeager speaks the threat level gets reduced. It's the accent, that's what does it]

[He can already imagine how Yeager would look like, stalking the unlit corridors of the cruise at midnight, scythe held high and the red eyes being the only light. Steps echoing in the place...wow, this seriously would get anyone to freak out. Don't do it on Thursday nights, pal.

...you feeling better? I know talking won't make this course not be here, but...did at least talking about family and your guild...help face this unpleasant reminder of home?

[It's... sort of silly how easy it is to talk about the good things and forget about all the unpleasant reminders of home this little course brings.]

There truly is a lot I like about Terca Lumireis. Being faced with it so suddenly is... a bit much, I suppose. But reminiscing about the things that make it home... Well, thank you for listening to me, Filbo.

[Filbo seems so genuinely pleased for a moment, looking at the small figurines, just...observing a bit of Yeager's world. Even though he has no idea the kind of circumstances that await Yeager, at least Yeager has some cherished things to look forward to. He'll be just fine once he goes back, Filbo is sure of it]

...well, I should get started with this course. It probably's gonna take a while but as long as I don't go a hundred over par it'll be a personal victory!

[Coming from someone else such a personal victory would sound pitiful, but something about the way Filbo says it makes it be somewhat more optimistic than it should be, hah]
