Good morning, New Rapture. A new day is dawning.

Another week, another motive, another trial. Even without a literal time loop, it's easy to start to feel stuck in something of a rut. Though vandalism parties and the like can help shake the feeling somewhat, it's only natural to start going a little... stir-crazy, don't you think?

Fortunately for you, another week brings another new section of New Rapture to investigate. This one is the biggest yet! And look at that fun theme park. And a bar!

Seven of you are dead, but eighteen of you remain. What you do to try to escape is up to you, but at least following :)'s advice gets you coins for stuff, you know?

[Let him just lean over and fish this thing out of the junk pile he put it in! Brett shakes it out, stands, and puts the cloak on! Nothing seems to happen. He looks down at himself; maybe the effects would be invisible to the wearer, but he kinda doubts it.]

It must be a very convincing fake, like Rossiu's head in a jar computer. Although... give it here, I need to make sure of something.

A very strange artifact I got from the machine one day. He called it Large Gnome or something like that?

[ Nandor holds the cloak up to Brett's face with no further fanfare, and just... he just boops his nose with it. There's no other way to describe it, especially since it is accompanied by a: ]

Boop! [ And he puts it on, to zero effect. ] Okay, good, it is a counterfeit.

[inaclearing]

[Brett bobs back in surprise when he's booped, and lets out a disbelieving laugh.]

Is that how it works?
