There's always a lighthouse
And just like that, you wake up in the basement of a lighthouse in the middle of the Pacific Ocean. There's a circle of 25 pods in the middle of the room, and two more in a room off to the side, and you can imagine who is in which.
An elevator to the side of the room leads up to the ground floor (or to the first sub-basement, if you want to check out the machine that brought you here), where you can for the first time in weeks look out a window and see the sky. Its a beautiful sunny day, with a strong breeze on the grassy ground of the island where the lighthouse stands. Have you ever been this happy to hear seagulls?
You're free. Whatever comes next, you're free and you won. Take some time to relish your victory, won't you? Reunite with friends you thought you had lost, go forth and just... well, enjoy this.

So anyway, she'll approach later on, when there aren't others around to overhear them, because this isn't really a conversation they should probably have in front of the others.]
Kirei.
[she calls everyone by first name i'm so sorry.]

[and people thought lancer had bad luck.]
Don't act as though you might actually care. Such would do neither of us any favors.

[It's actually getting a small smirk out of her, though.]
You're right; I don't care. I have no reason to. I don't know much about you. But what you said back there bothered me, so for my own sake I want to hear what you have to say. And just as importantly, I want to know what you're doing after all of this.

[of course he's dodging the question, who do you think he is]

I see. Do you think you'll be able to find something to do with yourself there if the situation isn't salvageable?

If you find your world holds nothing else for you, come to Skyrim. I'm sure you'll hate our religion, but at least we don't have the Church of Seiros.

Would that it were so easy. But there does seem to be little else left to do other than that.

I'm glad to hear it, then.
[And despite not having any real reason to care about Kirei, she is.]
I noticed you were quick to avoid discussing anything you mentioned back there; I won't press if it's something you don't want to discuss. But should you ever need someone to lend an ear, I'll be willing to listen.
