There's always a lighthouse

And just like that, you wake up in the basement of a lighthouse in the middle of the Pacific Ocean. There's a circle of 25 pods in the middle of the room, and two more in a room off to the side, and you can imagine who is in which.

An elevator to the side of the room leads up to the ground floor (or to the first sub-basement, if you want to check out the machine that brought you here), where you can for the first time in weeks look out a window and see the sky. Its a beautiful sunny day, with a strong breeze on the grassy ground of the island where the lighthouse stands. Have you ever been this happy to hear seagulls?

You're free. Whatever comes next, you're free and you won. Take some time to relish your victory, won't you? Reunite with friends you thought you had lost, go forth and just... well, enjoy this.

[Nira practically punches the lid of her pod off as she scrambles upright, stretching out just as Aria runs up to her, walking stick gripped in her jaws. She takes it with a grin, using it as leverage as she gets out.]

Come on, let's go find the rest of the team.

[Her first priority is hunting down the rest of her Pokemon who were here, but after that she'll hang around a bit to say hi to the people she knows. But soon she'll be heading up and outside, where she can soak in the feeling of the earth and stones beneath her feet. After a while, people coming outside might see her practicing sword forms with her walking stick, or summoning pillars and walls of rock.]

[Well, she'll let him nap for a bit more, but eventually she's going to walk over and shake him a bit.]

We're finally back in the real world, is what. [She's got a slight grin on her face.] On an island, it sounds like. [Even that's not too much of a bother to her-at least it's real water and real ground beneath their feet.]

Way better, now that we're out of there. Did you get to see what went down during that last trial?

Mostly? I kept nodding off.

Well. We stopped the guy who was doing all that, and those people who were helping from outside are going to make sure he and his group don't ever do it again. Plus he's getting dragged to William's world.
