Good morning, New Rapture. A new day is dawning.

It's now been a week since you were all captured. Perhaps you've already settled in. Perhaps you're already confident that you'll make it out of New Rapture alive. How serious about this could Mayor Fontaine possibly be, really?

While there still may not be much to do in your little hotel bubble, you've at least been granted a little more now - some kind of mysterious room and a sizeable library of all things. And in all the places you've looked so far, you've found valuable information, and even learned some of the story of New Rapture along the way.

Make sure to keep talking to the others! You want to keep those regain coins flowing, don't you?

I suppose I am partially to blame for my punishment. There was a moment where I considered retiring to my room, but with the rule saying that he would not kill me, I assumed that I would simply be woken back up.

[He glances around his bare room, wishing he at least had a place to sit.]

If the clock is correct, I am to be here for six hours. But... that is assuming I can leave once time is up.

Six hours is a more than excessive punishment as it is...! Surely even Mayor Fontaine would understand that?

[ She has the thought – and then, the tact to not voice it – that Fontaine could very well end up deciding to make an example of Jonathan even once the timer's up. It could very well be a countdown to something... messy.

She does her best to put the idea very firmly out of her mind. ]
