Good morning, New Rapture. A new day is dawning.

It's a strange sort of feeling, waking up on Sunday. Not the least because, well... you fell asleep on Friday, didn't you? Whether you sleep or not, none of you remember Saturday. Everything, by all accounts, seems to be Sunday. Weird.

It's not all bizarre feelings of lost time that you have to show for your efforts, though - it seems that another wing of New Rapture is ready for you. Perhaps there's more information to be found about your situation there... and maybe more about the history of this place, if that interests you.

There are still 23 of you left... Keep getting to know them. There's regains to get, after all!

[ It's gaccha time! Part 2.0, part 1.0 being disappointing, but Seo Dawon attributed that to beginner's luck. He knows what gaccha is even if he tends to not engage with any system that relies on it in the Hub, but here he has no choice. At least today he has more coins?

He puts them in and... the results are a lot to be desired. Maybe he'll keep the game, at least? ]

I know luck is my lowest stat, but do I really deserve complete garbage?

Were these objects waterlogged I would think the Mayor obtained them from refuse floating around in the sea.

[In other words, yeah, Seo Dawon, this is all pretty useless]

And there's so much food...I've heard the ocean is plentiful but this isn't what I imagined.

[ Dramatic sigh. ] Have you gotten anything better?

I haven't tried it yet. That vending machine is unnatural.

[Aiba used her x-ray vision on it and the insides are eldritch in nature, or at least that's the closest word she can use for it. Such are the wonders of the murdergame vending machine!]

Why's that? They're not usually shaped like this, but it's some kind of gaccha machine.

I used x-ray vision to investigate what's inside, attempting to figure out if there were other pets inside, and how it could hold a number of large objects.

...I wouldn't know how to begin describing the inside of that machine. I don't...understand it. At all.

Hold on. The Undertaker zeroes in on the oddly specific t-shirt and holds it up to his face. ]

"I'm a grumpy old man... Allergic to stupidity..." [ mumble mumble mumble ] "... Best daughter in the world... Born in December and has... Tattoos...?" [ SQUINT. Mumble mumble. ] "If this offends you, I don't care."

[ He lowers the shirt and stares blankly at Seo. ] Do people really wear this sort of thing in the future?

[ Okay, he was lured in by the skulls. ]

People with less taste than a mud covered pig. [ This shirt is so bad??? ]

Eh! [ Tosses it back into the pile of stuff. ]

I suppose I could sleep in this, though. He grabs the blobfish kigu. Odd looking sleepwear, though.

On some people it might look cute.

[ ...does probably not include present company, sorry undertaker. He thinks for a moment. ]

I wonder if Lee-kyung would wear this if I told him it increased his stats?

[ Too bad, he is going to take this... Hm, maybe the shirt could be useful? But it is a bit too short for sleepwear and even he wouldn't care to wear it in public... ]

Speak for yourself. Personally, I find garbage can be surprisingly useful.

[ He does not explain himself but he does gesture to the pile, it is free, take any of it if you like! ]

I love it when you say things that mean absolutely nothing to me. Means I don't have to feel bad for not paying attention.

Seriously, not even taking the booze?

It's not to my taste, so it's yours. Does alcohol work the same for you as humans?

I'm between 'not sure' and 'probably not', but willing to find out. I mean, we have our own booze but - pretty sure that stuff'll kill you.

Worst case scenario: it's like your food and doesn't do anything for me, but makes for a decent way to pass the time.

It could always be worse.

[ Vholran is here, snooping like a vulture for anything relative to his interests.

Sadly there is nothing to his interests. Just trash. ]

But I'm sure you can conjure something up in your imagination.

[ Vholran is ~supreme~ to everything so he prefers not to bother with the machine most of the time. ]

Anything that falls into that category is hopefully beyond the means of this place.

[ Floyd says as he immediately goes for it, while also placing the wizard hat on his head. ]

You can take that too, it looks worse than starter gear.

Starter gear? You sound like someone I know back home.

[ He snickers before popping one of the takoyaki into his mouth. ]

Firefly squid's always goin' on about video games.

[ He opens his mouth to begin another explanation of "actually the world is just an MMO" (also him and Idia would have so much to talk about), but he wasn't expecting the next sentence. ]
