WEEK 3
Well, the tail end of Week 2 could have gone better. That's the first thing to note.
The second thing is... hang on, should it be Week 3 yet? You've all gone to sleep (or... not, in the case of anyone who doesn't), but when you wake up (and you do all wake up), the calendar and clock on your device informs you that it's Sunday. In-character, all characters explicitly have absolutely no memory of Saturday.
Your sense of time isn't the only thing that's changed - a new branch of the facility has opened and become active overnight, giving you new resources and places to investigate, should you so choose. There's also a new channel on the television, though whether it's an improvement over the last one is questionable.
Otherwise, though, things have mostly settled into normalcy again, or at close to normal as you can find in this place. How long that peace will last, though... that's becoming increasingly uncertain, moving forward.

SUNDAY | MONDAY | TUESDAY | WEDNESDAY | THURSDAY
[ ooc: Welcome to Week 3! Turn in last week's AC over here, and regains remain over this way! And for the sake of consistency, Angel's office hours remain over yonder! ]

TUESDAY
MOTIVE
You’ll remember the procedure from last week, I imagine? Same situation. Meeting room. Now.
[ And once everyone is gathered in the Meeting Room, the familiar spiral appears on the screen. The Professor clears his throat before beginning. ]
I will be the first to admit that the motive last week felt a little… harsh. But I have appearances to keep up, so this week I’ll offer something more of you would like. Positive reinforcement, you know? A reward.
Whoever kills this week will earn… hm, there were 25 of you when this started, that leaves 24 lives on your hands? How does 48 Million Dollars in solid gold sound? For those of you without dollars, here’s a picture.
[ And sure enough, there’s an image of an actual treasure chest, full to the brim with gold coins! ]
The exact rate is negotiable depending on how entertaining you make the trial, but I don’t think much more needs to be said than that. I know I’ve always found that 50 million dollars of untraceable gold is perfectly good at speaking for itself. The offer stands until Friday, as always.
[ And, in a break from tradition, the doors don’t actually open immediately! ]
Though there is another small matter I feel I should make you aware of. You see, I’ve noticed a lot of you growing… complacent, having my gracious assistant around to provide you with extra odds and ends. So for now, I’m suspending your requested goods until further notice. That’s all, carry on.
[ And with that the lights come back up, leaving you all and… a very confused-looking Angel, who goes into her office holding a finger to her ear and muttering under her breath. ]

[Alice is muttering under her breath.]
...should just offer to give everyone a cool million not to commit a murder...

Not creative but... huh.

[Shelley crosses her arms. Not working, she isn't that broke]
I bet those aren't real gold coins. I bet it's chocolate coins.
[....not likely, but maybe if she says that very loudly, some who may be tempted by it will reconsider]

Suspending the requested goods too? That's just unnecessarily rude.

Well. It's good Yuffie wasn't here. ]

MEETING
Anyway, as the sign Rin had so graciously provided the day before had indicated, he's given everyone a couple of hours to cool down before making his way back into the lounge, settling there and seeing if anyone decides to show up.]
Hey. Same thing as last time - I figure it's important to share what we've found and what we've figured out over the past while, if anything. If nothing else, making sure everyone is doing all right might be a good idea.
[..."Unimpressed" is probably a variation on "okay", right?]

I am not familiar with how televisions operate, so I do not know if this is truly unusual, but when I was sitting in the lounge the other night the merchants hawking their wares were interrupted by... things getting a bit strange. I'm not sure how to describe it, and it wasn't easy to understand, but I made out a man talking about something called Hypherion. He then... seemed to get interrupted by something else.

Found this in the woodworking room. It was stapled to one of the chunks of wood, in storage. The whole place had some... The power tools didn't seem new. Not like they were old, but- gently used?
[ And- well, there's more, but she'll get to that. ]

He also drops by the workshop again. Here, he seems to have a better idea what he's looking for, and securing a couple of those rough log chunks takes no time at all.
Much later, about an hour before lights out, he makes a noise at the vending machine.]
Augh!
[WHAT. THE FUCK. IS THIS. AND WHY IS ITS NAME "PRINCESS III"?]

She hurries toward the vending machine, ready to help if need be, skidding into the door frame-]
Princess Peach! [She practically screeches with delight, moving quickly into the room itself and holding out her arms to take the wiggling pink nug from him.] That's my baby!
