[ I’m not going to list out all the gory details here, but on an ooc level you’ll understand what I mean when I say that this is a complete and accurate recounting of Angel’s life up to the confrontation in Control Core Angel, which seems to be when she was pulled out of her world. There’s also a note at the end, which reads:

“Something brought me here. I can call it whatever I want: karma, fate… an algorithm, I don’t know, but I do know that I need to get them out of here. If I could just get in touch with whoever’s leaving them all these clues.” ]

First of all, she's absolutely horrified. Second of all, fuck Handsome Jack. Is this nice record all that's in here? Are there any, say... vault symbols drawn in the margins or hidden elsewhere? ]

[ It's fine, she's fine. And there are probably a few, yes! There are a lot of doodles throughout, both of that and the "faces of borderlands characters" variety. ]

[ Awesome. Cool. This is super fine. Does the handwriting, by chance, look familiar in any way? ]

[ It looks like Angel's handwriting (and very much like the handwriting on the notes you've been getting with the salvaged stuff from the flooded areas), but it's definitely messier than usual. ]

[ Interesting. Does it get messier as she reads along, or is it like.... consistently the same level of messy? ]

[ It gets a little messier as it goes! Looks like Angel's neater handwriting is more of a practiced thing than a natural one. Huh. ]

Aside from Borderlands 101, is there anything left to find in the notebook? ]

[ This is a list, apparently, of Things Angel Remembers. It’s a little more wordy than this, with some doodles here and there, but at the end there’s a nice basic rundown: ]

- My past.
- I was brought into a game like this before.
- I was friends(?) with the Failsafe there.
- I almost died once but didn’t.
- I lived to the end, when the Failsafe protected me from something.
- Being saved by The Professor. Twice. The same memory, slight variations.
- Being lonely for a long time.

That, uh. That stuff about Subject Delta, cannnn we look a bit at that? Anything more concrete or detailed? Because it could mean a lot of things, like Red Text not being who they said they were or, like. Just Angel's speculation being incorrect. ]

[ Angel's writing on it is pretty sparse - she doesn't remember anything for sure, it's mostly just a guess at this point, like she says. After all, the only time The Professor talked to Subject Delta, Cassandra was standing between her and him. ]

Let's see what's more...in-depth. That's probably a good place to start. What's Angel written more about?

Alternatively, if there isn't much more to be gleaned from the notebook, she can look through the desk more! ]

In the bottom drawer of the desk there's a stash of snacks! With some crumpled-up papers in the back. ]

[ Chips and a lot of chocolate bars, it looks like. You have to understand, this is the drawer of the desk with room for folder filing.

The papers don't have a lot of writing on them, but they seem to be attempts at letters! None of them have much writing on them, though - they appear to mostly be attempts at the ol' "letters in case of my untimely death" thing. ]
