So far, so good! That might be where you at. No real further word from The Captain seems forthcoming, but also no real further... anything seems forthcoming. You've gathered some new information, but the locations are the same. All you've really gained is... well, rising tension?

How long until someone tries to take The Captain's way out of here? Only time will tell...

All he seems to do is mock us about how he can do anything. Even if it's true.

I don't understand why, either. Why he hates us so much, when there doesn't seem to be anything we have in common that he would hate.

Because he's a Troll. Trolls are jealous of the living. They want the living to die so they can suffer like Trolls do.

[Lalli has no proof that the Captain is a troll. He's just applying his world view on the situation.]

We don't have those. Your home does. We've all had to explain things here that were common knowledge to us.

Cats are normal. Everyone knows about cats. They're everywhere.

Trolls are the same. Everyone knows about them. They're everywhere.

It looks like some things are still common knowledge across universes, and others aren't. You might know iron. You probably don't know mercurion.

[She has a point, he knows what an iron is but has no idea what mercurion is.]

...that might be why those two act different than trolls usually do. Maybe they're from a world that has trolls, but their trolls are a little different.

...It's true we don't know why they brought us here and are trying to kill us. Naturally if you have an explanation, you'd go with that. I don't know so far what they want.

What is WRONG with all of you?! I keep saying why they're doing all of this, but nobody is listening!

They. Are. Trolls! Just look at that one who we can actually see! He's not rotting and bleeding as much as Trolls usually do, but you can't say that having tentacles and slimy skin is normal!

The problem is that you think only your world and your experience matters. You might be right about them. But you might not. The rest of us have seen that our lives don't match up. And you've said yourself that they don't match your experience, trolls are just the closest thing you can apply to them.

[Sara's right, but Lalli is worked up right now and not really listening, so he's going to take the mature approach here and hiss at her (like a cat would) before running off.
