Happy New Year! ... You're still here. Looks like The Captain wasn't lying when he said the murdering is now up to you. That, or you can all live here on your own. Regardless, it's time to settle in. The days start passing much less eventfully after that first one, and, well... on it goes, huh?

There might not be a whole cruise ship to explore just yet, but there are a variety of amenities available to all of you! Who ever heard of a boring cruise ship, anyway? As the week goes on, you might even start to see some of those strange coins appear for you!

Better buckle down and get to know your fellow passengers, though, if you want to stand a chance of weathering this storm.

[One of Plumeria's nightly rituals has been to come by the pool herself, because as established, the fairies swim at night. It's about the closest to home that Plumeria feels, really, and it's honestly just kind of nice to swim.

Plumeria isn't exactly expecting anyone else here, but she's not surprised. Still, this one is...fun, she supposes. So hopefully you don't mind hearing some footsteps come over, even if Plumeria is keeping her distance.]

Have you found something interesting up there, or do you just like staring at the stars?

[ Footsteps, that's fun. Chloe raises her head a little, to try and glimpse...ah, there's wings. Okay. ]

They're more interesting than anything else on this shitboat! [ Sooo, that's a...little of both, honestly. ]

I suppose that much is fair, yes. There is very little else interesting around this hideous place; one must take amusement where they can.

[Don't mind Plum as she just kind of slips into the water, then--don't worry, she's not going to splash Chloe or anything. Yet.]

[ Don't you dare start a splash war. You will lose. ]

I wouldn't really call it hideous. Hella tacky, puke-worthy décor, insulting to be on a cruise ship with a Margaritaville and no friggin' booze. But nearly, almost hideous.

You certainly don't hold back, do you? Keep that up, and you might be able to make the Captain cry if he hears that. And after he worked so hard to try and kill us.

[ She snorts. ]

That? Please. That wasn't trying. And that wasn't harsh. If a few little words make him break down and go wailing to mommy, he's even more pathetic than it seems.

And he's already proven himself to be plenty pathetic...

[Plumeria just kind of settles in on her back in the water, just floating and vibing while we trash talk the captain. She does chuckle a bit, though.]

So, what would constitute as 'trying' from you, then, hmm?

[Plumeria groans a bit at that, but she supposes that is a fair point.]

The less ideas given that vulgar cretin, the better, I suppose.

[ Chloe smirks a little. Hah. She's still got some brains after all. ]

I'd much rather come up with creative ways to express how much he deserves to get absolutely fucked up.
