Happy New Year! ... You're still here. Looks like The Captain wasn't lying when he said the murdering is now up to you. That, or you can all live here on your own. Regardless, it's time to settle in. The days start passing much less eventfully after that first one, and, well... on it goes, huh?

There might not be a whole cruise ship to explore just yet, but there are a variety of amenities available to all of you! Who ever heard of a boring cruise ship, anyway? As the week goes on, you might even start to see some of those strange coins appear for you!

Better buckle down and get to know your fellow passengers, though, if you want to stand a chance of weathering this storm.

Which ones are you thinking about using?

Hmm. Well, there are fairly classic flavor combinations, and it just so happens that two of my favorite individual flavors compliment each other quite well.

[time to get... some strawberry drank and lemon drank... and put them into a glass together!!]

Interesting... I've never tried a combination of flavors like those before.

[She's just lucky if she gets one or the other brought home at a time.]

[There's a little whisper in the back of her mind that sounds far too much like Auntie Whispers, suspicion and disapproval at Lorna taking a drink from a stranger because what if it's poisoned somehow... but Lorna chooses to ignore it this time, as she takes a sip.]

This is very different... but good! I think I like it...

It certainly is, is it not?

[...maybe he shouldn't have given himself competition for the fruity drinks, but he's pretty sure they restock, sssso.]

I would prefer it if we had alcohol to go along with it, but I do not believe you would be allowed access to that sort of thing.

I don't believe so, no.

And even if they did have that here, I probably shouldn't attempt drinking something like that regardless.

Oh, come now. When you are older it will be perfectly fine. Of course, no one should force you to do so, but it is worth discovering things for yourself.
