WEEK 1
Well, you've now met the brains of the operation, as well as the shockingly nice-looking young lady in charge of day-to-day business. Now all that's left is to get used to your accommodations - there's 24 other people in similar shoes to yours to meet in this building, you know! And who knows how much longer you might have them...
The daily routine in the facility quickly becomes obvious - the only way to tell time moment to moment is to check the strange device The Professor gave you, but at the same time every day the lights in and out of the facility go up, and at the same time every night they go down. Otherwise, it's almost maddening sometimes, how little happens in here. At least you have a few rooms with enough to hopefully keep you occupied. Who knows what secrets they might hold? And there's always that vending machine, if you can find something that fits in the coin slot...

MONDAY | TUESDAY | WEDNESDAY | THURSDAY
FRIDAY | SATURDAY
[ ooc: Welcome to Peace Week! Enjoy it while it lasts. Remember, office hours for The Professor's Assistant are over here if you're interested, while regains can be deposited over here! ]

[It's so easy to get people to talk in this place. Dangerous, too, if he isn't careful on his own account, but it's like
everyone thirstin' for them sweet sweet regains, cut off as they are from all they love, they're desperate to recreate it word by word beneath the sea.]no subject

Oh, nothing. You could maybe get a candy bar after a few weeks of saving up, but that's it. If we wanted something, we had to earn it ourselves.

[He says it lightly, without bitterness. Perspective is everything, Della.]

[Shrug.]
Maybe I would've turned out like this anyway. Sometimes it's talent that shapes a man. Does it matter? I am what I am.

[ While they...play, presumably, they've been presumably playing Monopoly or at least something close to it. ]

Heh. Where would I start. We're a group of eight, at the moment.

When I was younger, it was me, my brother, and my uncle, tearing up the world. Now... Well, I still explore with Uncle Scrooge and Donald. But... My kids join in too. [ She's... There's a dopey mom-smile. ] My three boys, and Age- the housekeeper's granddaughter. Everything's gotten a lot bigger.

But anyway, that's enough about Alfyn. He's about to get wrecked at Monopoly, here.]
Must be quite the party.

[ A serene smile, as she is just fucking destroying him. ]
It's everything I could've ever wanted.

[And it's nothing he'd ever be able to steal. He's... honestly a little glad for her.]
Really. Seems like you've got it all.

[ She's never going to mess up like that again. ]
