WEEK 1
Well, you've now met the brains of the operation, as well as the shockingly nice-looking young lady in charge of day-to-day business. Now all that's left is to get used to your accommodations - there's 24 other people in similar shoes to yours to meet in this building, you know! And who knows how much longer you might have them...
The daily routine in the facility quickly becomes obvious - the only way to tell time moment to moment is to check the strange device The Professor gave you, but at the same time every day the lights in and out of the facility go up, and at the same time every night they go down. Otherwise, it's almost maddening sometimes, how little happens in here. At least you have a few rooms with enough to hopefully keep you occupied. Who knows what secrets they might hold? And there's always that vending machine, if you can find something that fits in the coin slot...

MONDAY | TUESDAY | WEDNESDAY | THURSDAY
FRIDAY | SATURDAY
[ ooc: Welcome to Peace Week! Enjoy it while it lasts. Remember, office hours for The Professor's Assistant are over here if you're interested, while regains can be deposited over here! ]

What is wrong with this thing?
[...apparently, that still doesn't stop her from continuing to put her coins in, though, since you can next find her in the hall lugging a two-handed axe towards her room. It's half her own size. What is this.
She'll go to the art gallery later on, though it doesn't seem to have much of a calming effect; she's just pacing and muttering to herself without even looking at the paintings. Well, there was an effort. Same with the dining hall come supper, where you can find her glaring at a cup of tea as if it's personally offended her. So... like she normally looks, really.]

Oh, no. It's Monopoly.
Since Therion has no cultural context to warn him away, he's reading the instruction booklet with nothing stronger than idle curiosity. Eventually, it actually gets a little chuckle out of him.]
Really...
[Otherwise, he can later be found in the meeting room, clambering up onto the table to get a better look at the ceiling.]
lounge
Ah, he has Monopoly.
She's a little hesitant to approach, but you know what? Fuck it. She walks over, gesturing to the seat across from him. ]
Do you mind if I take a seat?
no subject
It's not my table. Do what you want.
no subject
[ But she takes a seat and gestures to the game. ]
I'm guessing this is new for you.

I do wonder if they actually would leave any sort of vulnerability there. I suppose it's worth investigating.

[Can Therion even reach the ceiling is a question I don't know the answer to.]
And nothing's completely impregnable.

Oh my gosh, Monopoly?! It's been...well it's been a really, really long time- where'd you get this?
no subject
[He sort of gets that one. It's a machine that exchanges goods for coin. Like a vendor, except trying to rob it went way worse than it usually does for him.]
The large grey box. It has a slot for coin.

Up next is the vending machine... She has a lot of coins, so she'll be here for awhile. You can find her jumping out of the way to avoid sea water spilling out (three times) or maybe she's trying to figure out how she got a massive purple sword from the machine. She's no scientist, but that's now how anything works??
Or maybe you've come in to find her carefully picking up a strange stone from the pile. Her expression doesn't give much away, but she seems absolutely fascinated by it and won't look up even if you come on in.
If you're in the mood for some yard sard, you can find Aela in the dining hall later on, where she's taken over a table with stuff she's giving away. She's hanging out in here reading one of those morbid books about murder and she'll look up when you come on over.]
Feel free to take anything you like. I have no use for any of this.
[As a very important side note, The Lusty Argonian Maid (contents are kind of nsfw) is now hanging out in the library in case you want to read that absolute disaster. Do what you will with this cursed knowledge.]
vending machine
That sword...! [Briefly, he's worried--that sword is nothing but trouble to anyone but him because it's one of her weapons, and he's briefly worried that something bad's going to happen. But it's...weird, he doesn't feel anything from it, so his mind focuses on the more baffling matter at hand.] Did that come out of this machine?
[the sheer amount of 'HOW???' is very present in his tone]
no subject
[Judging from her tone, he's not the only one going HOW???]
You recognize this sword?

[She just said he could take anything, but he looks to her as he points to the salve--as if she might change her mind, for a thief.]
