Good morning, passengers. You've made landfall.

The ship arrives at the shore of the island early in the morning, suddenly grinding to a halt for the first time in weeks. A ramp is lowered directly onto the beach, and The Captain almost immediately hops down it, laughing the whole while as he does. Jones stands on the ship, not following, and The Captain addresses you:

"Don't take too long! We have business in that lighthouse, you and I."

Without another word, The Captain heads towards a path on the beach that heads lighthouse-ward, but not before turning back again.

"And Jones! Head to your ship and ready the crew for when this is over."

Jones seems... not quite content to do this, whatever it is, but after a minute or so for any last conversation, he vanishes into a wall.

With both of your captors no longer on board, the ship is quiet. Its engines are stalled, the journey over. If you wish to survive the day, you're going to have to go onto that island and face The Captain once and for all.

But first... there are some areas you definitely haven't explored yet! If you're going to go in with all the information you need, might be time to take advantage of this situation...

[ Come poke around in Davy Jones's business! Yeager, Flayn, and Zaveid, here's your area! ]

[Filbo is as ready as he can be. There he is, with his simple backpack full of stuff. You know how hard it's to shove everything in there while also making sure not to bang anthing up? Other than the basic stuff he tried to get in the bags he gave around, he also has a polaroid camera, a dozen undeveloped film rolls, the circlet Freyja gave him, B.B. encapsulated in bandages rubbed with chocolate and with its pillow, the other two Strabbies handled with far less care, and...the ketchup plant. The goddamn plant that by now is as tall as Filbo, in its flowerpot and right at the top of everything, like a huge beacon signaling where Filbo is standing. He definitely is going to be spilling ketchup pods wherever he goes. Thanks, Filbo]

Alright...here we are. With some luck we won't find any more weird voodoo!

[Finally... He's been waiting weeks for this!! Hopefully Davy Jones doesn't mind us being rude and investigating now; it's not like we'll have another chance at it, anyway.

So aside from the organ, what all does this place have to take a look at? Yeager's going to dump his stuff off near the entrance, though he's keeping his massive scythe with him.]

[...man. It's hard to believe there's so few of them now. It's kind of alarming. And they have no time for this.]

[ There's not a whole lot out here in the open - the stage is pretty bare today, but... there's stage left and stage right, if you've wanted to peek behind the curtain and head backstage! ]

[Stage left it is! He isn't even going to bother asking his companions, he's just going. So how are things looking back here?]

[Data, for his part, isn't quite so encumbered. But with a normal bag, a cat backpack filled with two or more screaming cats, and possibly part or all of our dear friend Jimothy Buffett, he's definitely a lot more weirdly encumbered. He's also brought a camera, just in case, but at least that can hang around his neck as though he were a weird tourist.]

It's a nice little bedroom - when I say nice, I do mean Really Fancy. A beautiful four-post bed, sheets that are like ten times as soft as any of yours...

Looks like there's a writing desk and some stuff over by the window on some tables, if you want a couple convenient places for investigators to investigate! ]

There's a couple papers on the desk and a bulletin board above it, for starters? ]

[ Well the first thing to notice, unfortunately, is some old dirty dishes by the bedside table - it's not nearly unbearable, but definitely unpleasant - no sign anyone's been in here recently for sure. ]

[Okay, the bulletin board seems a lot more in-your-face, so let's start there? What's on this thing?]

[ Stage Left will take you to an old prop room, Yeager! The props are dusty, but the room is well-stocked, if you were the performing sort.

Less dusty and actually lit by a light in the ceiling are the chair and table over at the other end of the room ]

[There's probably something to be said here about how every day of his life is an act of some sort, but anyway!! Since all those props are dusty, they clearly aren't important. Anything else to note about them as he heads over to the table and chair?
